The internet site would not let me put in the correct return date it automatically went 2 extra days and made it a one week rental when I went to pickup the car I advised them that it would be returned 2 days early at that point my rental fees went up $400, I ended up canceling the car, then had to walk over to the rental car area at the airport and start over, I will never use Advantage again
Poor experience. Went there and they said since you are international from Canada you need to buy full coverage and have to pay additional $56 of insurance. I said I have my own insurance. They said they don’t care. I have rented from Las Vegas before and this is predatory practice. If you look at Google reviews you will see people even from states have left negative reviews.
Great receptionist in Deserette (sorry about spelling) in Las Vegas. Car was a good value for the money. Windows were dirty outside and filthy inside. Check-in was a breeze.
They did not have the car I rented , and when I said to the front desk they needed to give me a car, she threatened to cancel my reservation instead- that she did not need to give us a car. That is not how you treat customers! The rest of the experience was good.
Excellent customer service, easy pick up and drop off, however car was dirty inside and out it doesn’t even seem like it was washed or cleaned at all, gas level was at half tank after informing employee they had me take to corner store where they used card to pay and filled up.
The car they gave us was extremely dirty outside and had a dent in the trunk. They did let us switch it out for a better one.
