Pros: Everything especially the shower

Pros: Continental Club buffet was excellent.

Pros: Bathroom counter is granite or marble but soap or water stains were so visible that it looks like it wasn't cleaned at all. It just doesn't look sanitary. Pool area was totally closed for renovation but we were not informed before and during check in.

Pros: The staff is really nice. The pool is pretty.

Pros: Courteous staff who are always ready to attend to your needs with a big smile. Great location to reach different points in Metro Manila if you hate traffic. It's a great deal for the money. You can't beat the variety of excellent Chinese food offerings at Li Li. The Market Place Restaurant has the most extensive menu for brunch from Pilipino, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, European or continental fare.

Pros: I wanted to write you and tell you about my experience staying at H20 I am a Disabled American , when i arrived the elevator outside was not working and they dont tell me you have a ramp so i had to walk up the steps into the hotel. No one took us their we had a hard time find entrance to go too the 3rd floor. Once im on 3rd floor i had bellman tell front desk if they have special check in for disabled so i dont have to stand in line, the lady told him yes then ignored me and took 6 more people ahead of me. I talked with Bhelle and asked about park she told me buy tickets there and we can use them the next day if we dont see all teh attractions. I asked can i buy there she said no from concierge. we went concierge and he said no got buy at ticket window. So we did that then we go to park at 2pm the next day and cant finish attractions and then they say we cant use them the next day. had i known that i would not have got the 750p tickets. My kids very dis-pointed. The hotel is very un helpful to disabled handicapped people. Their was a lot of garbage outside our window, room 2101. They did put us in the wheel chair room as i needed wheelchair. We were booked in a room with twin beds. Hotel is clean food good but after 3 days sick of eating at same resto and same food. You need another restaurant

Pros: The trademark of the hotel is definitely the in-room aquarium, which is why I wanted to try it out. My 6 year old daughter was entertained and spent hours watching the fish swim around. Ocean park is right outside as well. Excellent location for guests planning to visit. Shower and toilet were clean and the water heated up very quickly. Decent Wi-fi speed. Bed was comfortable. Room service was quick. All you can eat breakfast buffet is really good since its free for 2 guests per night. But I had a few guests over for breakfast and i felt like paying 600 php per head was a little too much. Service was excellent.

Pros: The employees is the greatest strength of this hotel. People are very friendly and accommodating. I felt at home right away when I checked in. Convenient location and close proximity to Shoe Mart and Harrison Plaza. What I really appreciate was when I told the restaurant that I have a flight in 2 and a half hour, they put priority on my order and the food was prepared expeditedly. When I was on my way to the airport, the security went outside the hotel facility to flag down taxi outside the facility. I really appreciate the employees Class A service. I want to go back to this hotel again next year. I highly recommend this hotel for somebody who is looking for value for their money good service, nice and clean place to stay.

Pros: Mr Nard is your examplery good staff.We always get right info from him.He is very polite ,respectfullness yet trustsfullness and helpfullness.He can speak Malay fluently and this is good for guests from Malaysia,Indonesia and Brunei especially the guests whose English is under parr.

Pros: Horrible Hotel! Water all over the bathroom after taking shower. Ask for just hand towel and they will demand P100 extra for it. Restaurant food expensive, you can't touch the in house massage service and you are not allowed to hire one from outside. If you ordered food from outside the delivery person is not allowed to come to your room for delivery - If this is for the sake of security, why can't they escort the delivery person to the room.You will not be able to transact your business smoothly if you depend on the hotel WiFi. WiFi is mostly down and if it does work, it is extremely slow. Call the front desk staff for anything, all you will hear them say is "Yes Sir" it will take several calls to get anything you want done. The gym's threadmill will stop abruptly in the middle of your exercise. TWO THUMBS DOWN FOR THIS HOTEL! I will not recommend it to my enemies!!

Pros: I booked a king size bed room,but when I arrived at the hotel,there was no that kind room left,the staff did not apologize just just ask if i want to change.I was so disappointed.
