Pros: Good use of space in the rooms which included many facilities such as tea/coffee making, fridge, microwave and hairdryer. Breakfast was lovely with a varied and unusual range of foods and dishes. Staff were extremely helpful (in guiding us by phone to the hotel as half of Reims seems to be cut off due to ongoing works on the tram and also in finding and returning to us a little travel radio we forgot when we left). Also very conveniently located near the town centre.

Pros: The hotel is very new, well designed, clean and tidy. The situation is a little way outside the town thus requiring somewhat of a trek through much building and construction work (tramway!), and the use of a subway into the railway station, for access to the town. We got used to it after a couple of days but it could be a considerable handicap to some. Excellent, safe car parking.

Pros: My review is based on two separate nights stay using hotel as stop over on motor cycle trip to and from South of France. I was disappointed with my first stop over. Although the single room given was clean and adequate I was not given a key the male receptionist telling me it was broken. I was concerned about security. It was a very noisy night (other residents/ traffic noise/ the soil pipe from the above apparently running at the back of the room. I did not get much sleep. The second stop over was much better. Female receptionist pleasant. Was given a double room. A much quieter night. Good points: A fairly cheap price/ close to main roads North and South/not too far from centre of REIMS (10 min drive).
