Location was great for activities around Seattle Center but otherwise it’s a bit out of the way from most main Seattle attractions. The staff here are extremely friendly and accommodating. I’ve never called the front desk for so many requests as I have here and they fulfilled every one even if they required a bit of searching. We stayed in the 2 queen suite with sofa bed and kitchenette. Our “room” was huge.
I didn’t like that there wasn’t a great breakfast option in the hotel, nor a little market area that many hotels have for late night munchies. The bistro for dinner was decent, nothing great in a city with amazing food. The pool was also tiny and not heated which was bummer for my kids. I also thought the whole corridor on our floor (5th) reeked of smoke. It’s supposed to be a non-smoking hotel so I don’t know why it reeked but it was overwhelming as soon as you stepped off the elevator. I noticed a few hours after check in after a hotel employee had delivered some stuff to our room that the hall didn’t smell. I assume they sprayed febreeze or something. The next morning the smell had returned.
Loved the decor
Our floor smelled horrible, like marijuana. You could smell it the second you got off the elevator. The room was incredibly hot and the air conditioner didn’t really seem to work. This made sleeping rather uncomfortable
Rooms were modern and very clean. Staff were super friendly and efficient.
Room was a bit noisy, being located near an elevator we heard people coming and going all night and talking. Bathroom floor was super slippery like it had some soapy residue and room was very hot, it was hard to control room temp as air con was very noisy, so we preferred to have it off.
Decor was excellent and it had a microwave
Staff was amazing! I was in a wheelchair due to injury and they were very helpful and kind. Location worked great for our event and I always love their decor!
The only bad part was that the night bartender was rude and no dessert available on site...but the rest made up for it! still would recommend overall
