I had a horrible experience as the speedometer went out in the middle of my trip in Barcelona. For 3 days, I called 10 different numbers for enterprise and no one was willing to help . They would recommend calling the emergency road service , but they would not help for replacing a car. Emergency road service would only tow the truck and would not help getting me another car. I had to use uber to get around . Finally, I had to take uber and go to one of their locations near main train station in Barcelona and was able to pick up another car there . I lost 3 days of my vacation dealing with the car issue. The only positive outcome was that the manager at the Madrid airport where I dropped off the second car was very professional and gave me credit for half of the rental cost, but I would have preferred not to deal with the car issue and enjoy my vacation as I had planned.

Thiago made us wait too too long. His customer service skills are very mediocre, the guy cannot even say Hi. I understand we get busy, too many customers drives you crazy, but doesn't mean you treat everyone the same. One advice, ask him to smile more often so he doesn't come out as rude to clients. Marta saved the day, she was excellent, customer service great. She helped us and also give is an.upgrade for our convenience.

I’ll start by stating that I booked this trip over the phone directly with an enterprise employee in advance. I arrived to enterprise rent a car 15 minutes before my pick up time, 12:00. There was a significant line which was to be expected as it was a holiday weekend however, my friends and I ended up waiting almost 2.5 hours to receive our car. I first spoke with an enterprise employee at exactly 12:03 and our car did not show up until 14:26h causing us to be late to an event out of town. When first speaking with the employee she advised me that the model of car I had reserved was not available and tried to upgrade me to a BMW 2 door convertible. I had specifically reserved a 4x4 large vehicle as we were five people in total with many bags between us. The enterprise team informed us they would bring us another car from a different office which as aforementioned, ended up taking nearly 2.5 hours from the time of check in to the time we departed. The saddest thing is that we were not the only party this happened to. There were two other groups who waited just as long as us in order to receive the type of car they had booked. Even more embarrassing, on one occasion when we checked in with an employee to ask for an estimated time of arrival for our car, he informed us it was coming “soon” and then proceeded to call other clients who had rented cars with enterprise and ask them when they would be returning their cars as they had surpassed their return time. Inconsiderate and a shame. Companies like enterprise need to ensure they maintain the appropriate quantity of cars as well as models for customers in order to avoid unnecessary delays and wait times. I believe the problem lies within the management of this branch as well as overbooking cars based on the assumption you might have “no shows” or cancellations seeing as when booking online there is no payment made up front. Moreover, we were not even offered a discount for the inconvenience. It’s safe to say I will not be booking with enterprise again.

Extremely disappointed with the service. The car I got was WAY SMALLER than what me and my family needed, which almost forced us to completely change our plans as our luggage didn't fit in it. We had to figure things out on the go. The company didn't move a finger to help us finding another car, not even paying the difference. I likely won't use the service again.
Did not get the level of car reserved. Alamo gave me what they had which was a lower level but they did adjust the cost but I did not get the level of car reserved

it was the worst experiance of my life. me and my wife will where so offended because we were denied the rening of gthe vehicle because of our color. we will ner use alamo or kayax ever again. my family of five had to sleep in the streets after i had already made my reservations previously.

The car left me stranded in the middle of nowhere, had to have the car towed to somewhere and then returned the car the next day in a different city because it wasnt working the Alamo representative wouldn’t help me replace the vehicle with another one so I had to rent another car from a different rental company. Alamo put me in a dangerous situation giving me a car that didn’t function properly and didn’t do anything to resolve the issue.

I have rented cars throughout many countries in the world and this has to be the absolute worse experience of the last 35 years. I had booked an SUV, but the SUV had a bad sensor so I could not take that vehicle. Instead, they gave me a small sedan (Corolla). When I asked for another SUV because that is what I paid for, they said that it was big enough and had no other SUVs available even though I saw several in the parking lot. They charged 50% fee of total rental for 1 day in France which was never disclosed when booking. The 50% of total rental did not include insurance or anything else so I was still responsible for any damage, so the extra fee was a complete money grab. What was I to do as it was too late to book a vehicle with another company in another country? The only positive was the fast return of the vehicle.

First time with Record Go. Very efficient pickup. Great car. Excellent value. Personnel were very pleasant and helpful. Drop off was very efficient. Car had a tire sensor light on at pickup. They inflated all tires and told me it would go out after I drive a little. It never went out, but there was never a problem. Probably just needs a sensor replaced. Woman at drop off was especially courteous. Told me in the future I should make sure I take pictures of the car. I’ll do that in the future. I will DEFINITELY rent from them again when available.

Have just flown home. The check out and in process was smooth but they did not look over the car when you take it or on return, they just advise you to take photos. Having just landed, I have received an email with a €750 charge for windscreen damage which was there when I took it (I have photos as advised). They have also charged for 1/2 a tank of fuel when I returned 3/4. It is going to be such a headache sorting it out. Really disappointed. Like a windscreen replacement even costs that much anyway!! Total rip off. AVOID
