Bad service

Pros: The car was in good condition

Cons: Such bad service at reception, they told me that I needed to pay for insurance again after buying insurance on Kayak. Then the car wasn’t filled with fuel as stated on the website. I then also had to pay extra when I brought the car back to SAW airport for the parking

bad company

Cons: They gave us a bad car their is a problem on the wheels when we call them they refused to come and change they ask us to come for them. No service was provided and they ask us to prepare the wheel of the car they didn't come for us.

I did not get my booked car

Pros: Nothing was good

Cons: I did not get my booked car, the guy said he doesn't have any available car for me for one day rent, he also started that it is not his problem and it is Kayak problem. During my wait and discussion he supplied other costumers with cars. They put me and my kids in uncomfortable situation. I will no use them again.

Mal servicio

Pros: El coche estaba en buenas condiciones

Cons: Un servicio tan malo en la recepción, me dijeron que tenía que pagar por el seguro de nuevo después de comprar un seguro en Kayak. Entonces el coche no estaba lleno de combustible como se indica en el sitio web. También tuve que pagar extra cuando llevé el coche de vuelta AL aeropuerto PARA EL aparcamiento

Cons: Nos dieron un coche malo, porque es un problema en las ruedas cuando les llamamos se negaron a venir y cambiar nos piden que venamos por ellos. No se proporcionó ningún servicio y nos piden que preparemos la rueda del coche que no vinieron para nosotros.

No me dieron el coche reservado

Pros: Nada era bueno

Cons: No me hicieron la reserva de mi coche, el tipo dijo que no tiene ningún coche disponible para mí para un día de alquiler, también comenzó que no es su problema y es problema de Kayak. Durante mi espera y debate, proporcionó a otros clientes coches. Me pusieron a mí y a mis hijos en una situación incómoda. No los volveré a utilizar.
