Pros: The hotel facilities are excellent, our room was spacious and clean, the staff is very helpful, the location is excellent, less than 5 minutes walk to the Palace. We did not take breakfast, and we have our coffee and sandwiches in the Little Jacob coffee just in the lobby of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay a lot! Thank you very much!

Pros: Room was spacious. There was a computer inside the room, much to our delight. Services were speedy and impeccable.

Pros: The all essential facilities were fully equipped in the hotel and the guest room was clean and sufficiently spacious. The majority of clerks were able to speak Japanese and it seems very convenient for us to explain the difficult situation in case of sudden emergency.
