Cons:
In Abilene, I walked out to the car after signing to find a larger than normal door ding. Had to walk all the way back in to question attendant who walked back out to check it out and the made a hand written note on the contract that no one else could read. Luckily no problem in Dallas. I booked a rental car on Kayak with Enterprise but there were no cars available upon my arrival. When I asked to make sure that i was not charged, the Enterprise representative was unable to confirm one way or the other as whether i was charged. I tried calling Kayak but they were closed.Cons:

Nothing. I lost $65 dollars because I assumed I could use my debit card as a credit card like I can everywhere else.Cons:
I came to pick up the car after paying online and having everything setup. I could not get the car because I dont have a credit card and the guy wouldn't take my debit card, eventhough all he needed it for was a $200 hold. Also no refund because the cancellation fee is the same as car price.10.0 Wonderful
