Their Premium class is lacking, Food is deplorable. What's the point of Sky Priority if your luggage isn't one of the first ones to come out? Aeromexico needs to step it up!
It’s more about the constant change of flight schedules that seem pretty off. Not kayaks fault.
Is a short fly, so they provide a bottle of water… which tasted “old”
There are few if any glutten free snack or meal choices.

Aisle seat on a red eye flight was not good as traffic in aisle kept bumping into me disallowing me much sleep
No meal. No wifi
Better snacks and full drinks on longer flights :)
Pretty comfortable flight! The only drawback was the flight was delayed in taking off.
Abordaje y como siempre la comida
The food was one of the worst. It was quite a small portion as well. I usually appreciate plane food but this was not one of those.
Rude on the phone, rude at counter, horrible food. Just awful
La atención. Todo excelente
Great Service, Easy pice no major issues and the flight was a smooth ride
The staff is always friends. The space in business is good. The food in business is a cold sandwich. Nothing to be excited about.

The boarding process is a mess, they put a lot of pressure on people to send carryons down the plane, but when you get to the cabin, there is plenty of space. Personnel isn't nice, both during boarding and on the plane. Pretty poor overall experience
Do not keep the confirmed conditions. The crew is not particularly kind. The food is poor. The boarding is poorly organized.
Almost a perfect experience. Great crew, boarding, service, on-time departures and arrivals, no issues with luggage. Only thing they need to improve is in-flight entertainment. The byod model is now standard on most other airlines. I was unable to use their product because my earbuds are wireless…
Aeromexico is a top notch carrier.
I was in Buisness class and outlet to charge my phone didn't work, wifi didn't work.
I love Aeromexico crew is very professional ,food and entertainment excelent ,No free wifi is a down but not a big one and in overall great experience
