Pros: Crews were good.
Cons: Seats were small and quite uncomfortable. luckily it was a short trip. If travelling long distance I ll have to consider a different airlines.

Cons: The KUL to DPS leg was on one of the oldest planes I’ve flown. A 737 with no seat back screens. They handed out 2 inch thick “tablets” in Business class, with no touch screen and only a handful of 10 year old movies.

Cons: aircraft a bit old and my remote control was broken, lunckily my next seat was not occupied, so I can move to next seat and the seat a bit old and decline angle so limit. if compare with business class seat of other airlines, it's a bit not up to standard.

Pros: Everything was smooth. MAS staff attitude has changed to the better tremendously. Friendly staff, orderly boarding, pilot announcements were clear with good command of English.
Cons: BKK to KL flight food needs some improvement. Presentation and taste. I had the fried fish with rice. But it was really tasteless.

Cons: Changed gates 3 times . No one knew what was going on. Late flight. Request for wheel chair not fulfilled. Very tight transfer. Very far to another gate when transiting from kL to Yangon. Ridiculously far. My first n last time with Malaysia airlines.
Cons: Answers together with Perth to KL. I understand from other flight individuals that MAL. Flights are always delayed.

Cons: No IFE was provided on this flight, so sad. There was a headset port in my seat but the airline didn't provide the headset so it is useless. Well the only thing that I can do on the plane was just sleeping.
Flights cancelled and rerouted. 18 hours delay
Pros: The ground supervisor offered me access to gold lounge. It was a nice effort since his boss said no to upgrade.
Cons: Flight rescheduled without accommodation offered. When asked for upgrade for flight as compensation for 18 hours lost time supervisor said no No vegetarian food options. Said they will compensate me for my expenses once I file a claim which takes months of pestering airline for.
Cons: I haven't even made it to my destination yet.

Cons: Whilst the main meal was ok, as far as breakfast on the LHR to KUL sector was concerned, by the time I was served my preference was no longer available. The crew member who served me made no attempt to see if another colleague had my preference available.
Malaysian Airlines changed my seat without informing me
Cons: They changed my seat without telling me and the new seat has a faulty video monitor and also a faulty USB port.. no compensation received.. terrible airline
An ordinary operation with 1.5 hrs delay

Cons: At least, they let me know the first delay but no further information was given to the 2nd delay.
Also, neither the ground not on board staff seemed to be interested in Passagiers. Was a short flight interrupted by diverse visual ads and PRs..

Cons: Because of an accident at Manila, all flights were delayed. This can happen, but the information provided by ground staff was far below standard. I assume they have procedures in place to inform passengers, and to make any estimations and guidance on what to do next. Absolutely no courtesy for passengers with connecting flights with different airliners. Usually, MH is a professional organisation, but this was an all time low in their service. Sorry.
Every thing good except the airport tax incharge cheating
Cons: He is cheating telling normal taxi cant for two adualt and three chalidren to buy taket for double price for min bus or van , that person in charge is laieing and not respecting i hope to take acsing because they are the face of malysia visitor and i think no boday will except cheating even for one ringet . If need any details for the person can contact me.
Pros: We paid for extra luggage for check in but we were allowed to carry them on board due to the short stopover duration of the connecting flight. Thanks for the much needed flexibility!
