I don’t travel I need my ticket back until now am with so many communication daily to get my refund
100% dislike due to last minutes flight cancellations and terrible customer service experience. Do notice us early at least 24 hours before departure time.
Pros: I was not accepted by the airline and I didn't get any assistance aside from getting out of the airport. Tried calling and all they can say is we cannot do anything
Cons: Travellers should be informed about the restrictions and guided on what should be done.
Pros: Landing 20 minutes ahead schedule.
Cons: Nothing much to improve as it only 50 minutes flight
Pros: Could not board due to flight restrictions
Cons: Would suggest providing an email to let travelers know if the flight restrictions
Pros: Nothing I like
Pros: the girl next to me was flirty
Cons: the girl next to me could have offered her number...
Pros: Aero bridge availability
Cons: Choice to meals like McD mix and match. Can choose other combination of same value
Pros: No and No! Seat was cramped. Crew was ok
Cons: If they weren’t always on the PA. I was trying to read and someone was always talking
Cons: Need to cleanup the cabin.
Pros: Quick and easy boarding and very friendly crew
Cons: Nothing really. For a no-frills flight, it was a great value
Cons: Flight delayed.
Cons: Attentiveness and comfort passenger for any incident.
Cons: Attentiveness, we were miss for food purchasing was abit rush.
Cons: Not too much delay as usual
Pros: on time despite having to unload luggages for passengers who did not turn up warm welcome from pilot and co-pilot from cockpit
Pros: Checking in goes well
Cons: after booking, air asia changed the flight schedule back teo hours. Then on travel day the flight was delayed another hour. So we arrived around midnight. Air Asia Is somewhat annoying as they’re always trying to sell you something during the flight
Pros: Quick flight
Cons: Water should be free
Cons: No wifi as advertised
Cons: GROUND STAFF LETTING ME CHECK IN AS I HAD NO BAGS AND WAS GIVEN HALF HOUR TO GET ACROSS 4 TERMINALS TO MAKE FLIGHT. MISSED BY 5 MINUTES AND GROUND STAFF VERY UNACCOMODATING
Cons: If seats could recline or have a pillow maybe.
Pros: Smooth boarding
Cons: Leg room
Pros: Overall price / value is very good
Cons: Leg room is very small
Pros: Crew was quick to serve any on-board item I ordered. Happily served with a smile
Cons: I’ve been traveling with AirAsia since quite a few years, but recently AirAsia flights are being delayed quite often. This is not how budget airlines usually work. They’re known for their on-time operations. I hope AirAsia works to improve on this issue.
Cons: The AC created so much smoke that I couldn’t see the stewardess during the safety instructions
Pros: Nothing. It's cheap and really not because you pay for everything extra.
Cons: Rude customer service. Baggage cost more than the flight.
Cons: the ground crew at departure lounge and arrival lounges are plain stupid. giving wrong info of departure gates. arriving crew didnt open the door .. buzy with handphone
Pros: Smooth check in
Cons: That the in-flight wifi really is free instead of making the passengers to pay
On board AirAsia flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 56x36x23cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the AirAsia assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
