|Top route||Karachi Quaid-E-Azam Intl to Dubai Intl|
|Top airport||Dubai Intl|
Meal service is also unpredictable - the crew was not responsive when called, and did not make any attempts to provide timely service
It was excellent
Stop charging for entertainment!!
Not all crew memebers behavior was good .
Great food and service
I like the service, meals, collection of movies songs and Quran the airplane was clean and the landing was smooth means the pilot was very experienced Thank you
The check in process at Hyderabad airport is ready slow and need immediate attention to correct it. It took 1 hour 40 minutes for me to complete this process.
The Check In process at Hyderabad airport is “REALLY BAD AND SLOW”. I joined the line and get my turn to check in after 1 hour 40minutes. This makes several passengers nervous about their flight to board.
Service disparity was apparent. One less meal for a 16hr flight. Seats were super cramped at the rear end of the flight. Ground staff switched us to the bulkhead row since we were traveling with a toddler even though we didnt need a bassinet and booked another seat.
These tickets were purchased with a stolen credit card. These people should have been arrested.
Air hostess need more training
Flight attendants are accomodating and helpful. plane cabin is good and spacious (economy). i wish the food will improve more.
Good . Special needs kids can njy flight
My credit card was stolen and this flight booked, you enabling piece of trash. I never flew and hopefully no one did. Do better.
Direct gate from Lounge to aircraft... Once enter lounge we feel touch of emirates....
Good and clean with great service
USA is charging international travelers at the airport to use carts to transport the luggage from customs to outside. That’s very lame.
Dubai airport was a chaos. There were not enough wheel chairs for elderly folks to transfer from one terminal to other. Poor mismanagement. They should have provided golf cart services instead of making them walk the entire terminal. Other than that everything was good.
Serving of food can be faster
Good service and hospitality. I would recommend for special need kids parents to travel.
Food from SFO to Dubai can be better. Dubai to Ahmedabad food was very good
Better communications when flight changes
14 crew member was working on the plane . Salad provided was frozen upon distribution.
we travelled with the air bus to dubai, which was around 8 hours. then for the 19 hour flight, we had to travel with the smaller plane, which was just ridicilous.
Need food added more verity because different people nations so all over excellent
Please all over good but food is needed mix up verity because people is different nations so other wise everything is excellent
I will sue the Emirates airlines and Dubai airport definitely won’t do any connections in this airport and won’t use this airlines again No clue about professionalism, attitude problems, no communication skills , no languages speakers
Definitely the first and last time I will fly on this airlines or taking any connections through Dubai airport again. They have no clue about professionalism, attitude problems with every body on the plane and airport, I won’t recommend it to anyone and I will make sure I will sue the airlines and Dubai airport.
