Video content could have been much better.
Entertainment . Video selection could have been much better..
I liked the food. I'm a big guy and I couldn't finish all the food that was served. I didn't like the seats ,they were too small
Never knew had to pay for internet. That’s crazy. Especially for business class
I realize now why Emirates is one of the top rated airlines to fly internationally. The experience o stall is much better.
Great
You can improve in many ways First the crew in general is good, but needs to work with passion to their works not like robots Second, collecting the ear headphones long time before landing is strange The crew should deal with the passengers with respect and descent way not like giving orders
Service standards are really poor - snooty staff
Food was sub par
Good could have been better. Emirates used to have really good food and lately it’s been sub par
Boarding went well... seating arrangements need to be with better legroom... Food was yummy...
I am very happy I select this flight
wonderful
Better taking off and landing as well
As an American it’s embarrassing how poor our airlines are (American Airlines, Delta, etc) compared to Emirates or Qatar Airlines. Open up domestic routes in the USA for these two and watch how fast they improve. Excellent job servicing your clients Emirates airlines.
The friendliness of staff.
Flight was a little late
Boarding went smoothly and the seat was comfortable enough for a long flight. In the past the flight attendants would walk up and down with water, but that did not happen on this flight and I had to go and find the attendants in the rear galley to get some water. As a result I was a little de-hydrated at the end of the flight.
On time. Good service. 👍
3 hour delay in Dubai and the +1 hour wait for baggage. Horrible experience.

Snacks and beverages would be nice since the flight is over 3 hrs.
Everything top notch!
Everything top notch!
Have been a loyal Emirates passenger for 2 decades. Found a newly appointed flight attendant on this flight extremely juvenile in his behavior. Disappointed that crew not trained well in courtesy and respect.
The quiet efficiency of this crew was pleasant to experience. We are vegan eaters for health reasons and their selections allow this to be done on board easily. The seats are typical bulkhead seats we selected and bigger folks would not enjoy this area but we love the leg room. the movie selection is broad and up to date, the screens are clear to watch, and audio was fairly clear, both with the Bluetooth AirPod connection to the screen and the plug in provided head sets for free. Pleasantly, on our 14 hour flight, the crew cleaned the restrooms three times. After 10 hours, these can be pretty used but even at the last they keep them clean.
Ahmed made our journey amazing ! Thank you so much
Economy seats were very comfortable
Many thanks to the kayak team for the great job they do and for offering us their assistance
