Very good. Usual trash collection was not done. Crew just ok.
The warmth reception at the airport.
It was really a pathetic service
Have to provide something to eat and some entertainment should be there
Best airline to travel
Next time try to provide a good offer.
Should inform passenger via message whenever gate number changed.
Had purchased premium ticket with priority boarding (so, boarding was smooth), luggage came out faster, but food was a disaster. I categorically selected/pre-booked NON-VEG meal, but on flight I was handed over "Veg Meal". Duh!
After a long time I liked an Indigo flight
Flight was delayed by an hour.
There was no turbulence
Got one bag immediately at the carousal, 2nd bag came after half an hour. Everybody just waiting and fuming.
I had a great overall experience
The check in experience was great. The crew was very kind and respectful.
Excellent comfort service and staff
USB charging point.
Lack of announcement during delay in deplaning in Delhi
Denied boarding inspite of reaching 1.5 hours before departure
It was a typical indigo flight.
did not travel
Good check in attentive crew and quick delivery of baggage
On board IndiGo flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x35x25cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the IndiGo assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
