|Top route||Bangkok Suvarnabhumi to Hong Kong Intl|
|Top airport||Hong Kong Intl|
The flight staff were excellent and they work very hard. What I really hated and I am very upset about is when I was in Hong Kong they took my “face recognition” without my permission !!! Really pissed me off! ! Now the evil Chinese govt has my Face ID forever ! I will never take a flight that goes through China again. Wish you had made me aware of that ahead of time
awful condition of the plane
Liked the crew and food/entertainment Didn't like how CP was penny pinching in seat assignments. Separated my family with infant and 4 year old for sake of someone who paid $50 for reserved seating. Didn't even assign my infant daughter a bassinet seat. Just ridiculous
Keep up the great work !!!
The flight was long but enjoyable
Our original flight was cancelled and they put us on a later one. This left a very tight connection through Singapore. We barely made the flight, but our bags did not.
After cancelling our connecting flight from Hong Kong to Bali, forcing us to book that leg with another airline, they didn’t want to check our bag all the way to Bali because it wasn’t a partner airline. They finally relented, but our bags still didn’t make the connection through Singapore and arrived a day later.
Friendly helpful staff make flying Qantas so good
The stewardesses were horrible! Very rude, I would not fly with them again!!!
The booking on line for us senior citizens is very confused to use especially we are not efficient at it. Questions asked going around and around. Better go to a travel agent and have them done for us. ESP the pre check in and order of meal. A third person with experience help me to complete my pre check in. HORRIBLE !
nothing really. having food for free
It was good to be back on a business trip again and the crew made me feel comfortable and at home.
The best crew in the entire Airline Industry
The entertainment options weren’t easy to “scroll” through to see options. The flight attendants were very polite to some and less polite to others. The food in premium economy was just ok (no salt). When comparing to Singapore Air, ANA, and Cathay (all three this trip) it didn’t stand out like we hoped.
i booked vegetarian hindu meal for my flights from delhi to hong kong, and hong kong to los angeles. on first flight, they said that they do no have my meal information. thank fuilly some veg meals were still left and i could eat. However, on second flight they game me hindu non vegetarian meal, and I ate shrimp without knowing. pathetic.
The staff were excellent considering it was a jam packed flight. We had to wait nearly an hour for our baggage to appear on the carousel. That was a real shame.
This wasn't even a Cathay flight, it was Lufthansa and I didn't earn any asia miles
Same with previous comments
I booked this through Travelgenio and requested a cancellation due to COVID related impact. Their customer service was absolutely terrible and they informed me after the flight had departed that they could not cancel my ticket. Worst experience, will never use them again. Strongly reconsidering using Kayak in future given how poor the travelgenio experience has been.
Cons: The flight delay could have been announced over the speakers

Pros: Was ok
Cons: If got good deal I will go with them again
Pros: Non-disruptive 15-hour red-eye flight from Hong Kong to New York was appreciated. Smooth and comfortable flight, no complaints here.

Cons: Everything was satisfactory

Several of the fleet are decorated in a dark grey oneworld livery, while others feature the company’s logo on top of a dark green base.
