|Top route||New Delhi Indira Gandhi Intl to Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji|
|Top airport||New Delhi Indira Gandhi Intl|
Pros: The care the staff have taken during pandemic is good.
Cons: They should have entertainment.
Cons: Food given was veg even though i had asked for non veg. The flight attendant said they can't give non veg. Attendant not helpful
Cons: AirIndia did not support me at all in this emergency situation of corona. very disappointing.
Pros: Spanking new dreamweaver aircraft.
Cons: Non working usb ports, stale entertainment fare need to be addressed urgently
Pros: Crew OK. Non functional remotes, usb ports...Outdated entertainmennt content...below average catering needs.....even hot towelrolls were not provided. I flew Singapore Airlines and Emirates....excellent passenger care. Air India operating an international route should choose better craft and services ....imperative
Cons: How about rendering the airline private, perhaps then, to survive, they would improve services. Now they are over-indulged public sector
Pros: Crew was amazing and seats confortable
Cons: Some USB sockets and screens did not work
Pros: on time flight and landed early
Cons: serve napkins and sanitizer
Cons: Easy and friendly check in and inflight courtesy.
Pros: Crew was friendly and helpful. Took good care of wheelchair bound passengers. Landings on this trip were exceptionally impressive.
Cons: The entertainment system isn’t the greatest, but in the iPad era this is not a big negative.
Cons: It could have been better if it would have been on time and not delayed 2 hrs and I could have made my connection and not have to pay more than $200 for another flight. I am livid. Never again with Air India!!!!
Pros: Nice charming very cooperative.
Cons: More than satisfied wonderful.
Cons: A more approachable crew.
The outlets did work for the USB connections.
Cons: The filthiest plane I have ever been on. Never again.
Cons: Poor communication about arriving— time at destination and need to stay seated at 30 minute point. Flight attendants are slow and clueless.
Entertainment system is limited. Aircraft feels old.
Pros: It was a flight!
Cons: It seemed like the crew didn’t care that much about the flight—halfway through there was like toilet paper and other trash in the aisle and no one cared to pick it up. Just felt a little hopeless.
Cons: Entertainment system was limited with poor sound quality even in Business. Monitor is too distant in business. Food was mediocre. No announcement was made 45 minutes before landing in Tel Aviv, just an announcement at 30 minutes forbidding movement to the restroom.
Tea and coffee were not offered frequently in Business even though several seats were empty and attendants were not overwhelmed.
Announcements in English were confused and confusing.
NO SIGNS at gate explaining 26 A was for business and 26 B was for economy and these gates were a 3 minute walk from each other. No staff to advise until finally an announcement.
Lounge is ‘tired’ with limited food selections.
Disappointing all around.
Cons: The flight had mechanical issues. They made us sit until 10 pm but still no flight. Then they asked us to go home and come back next day! When we tried to check/in, they said there are no more seats. Then they finally put us on another airline which departed in the night! This is a nightmare. You should not entertain Air-India on your website. I was totally exhausted and taken for a ride by poor airline management.
Cons: No movies no music broken seat old fashioned
Cons: My suggestion that at the time of boarding your staff behavior not good. As well you should supply hot napkin for freshness
Cons: Since it is our Airlines priority should have been given to its passengers. Flight was awfully delayed thereby wasting more than half a day. Return flight was worse. We landed at 1.30 pm and luggage was not in the belt it was supposed to be as announced . It’s a shame that we had to endure sleepless nights and miserable time in the airport. Swore never to travel by AirIndia again.
Pros: The timings were the best
Cons: Crew can be more friendly and interact work smile, food was stale and lot of scope for improvement and the entertainment consoles werent working
Pros: Crew is amazing
Cons: Need more entertainment, very poor media
Pros: Everything is very comfortable
Cons: It’s perfect
Pros: It is very wonderful. I like it so much.
Cons: I think food is very important. We want every thing cleanly
Pros: Traveling time
Pros: Crew was okay. Light for service at seat did not work so if I needed something I would have to get up to get it.
Cons: The food from Bombay to Rajkot can be better
Pros: Crew was very polite.
Cons: Seat was uncomfortable. PA system was inaudible. Plane smelled unpleasant. Waited on the tarmac for 45. Waited for checked bag for 45 minutes.
Cons: The entertainment screens did not work during the entire flight, even after a reset. The plane was falling apart, with peeling paint and creaking noises during every movement.
Pros: Aircraft and schedule
Cons: Entertainment and food could have been better. Not lot of options in the entertainment. Indian food offered in other airlines such as Emirates and British Airways have been better than what has been offered in native Air India flight
Pros: Aircraft food cleanliness
Cons: Timings bit , delayed start by an hour!
Cons: Seat quality, on time departure and arrival and food Quality
Cons: In-flight wifi and better entertainment.
Pros: The crew was really good. They were courteous and helpful.
Cons: Entertainment can be better. No latest English options. Also, inflight wifi would be a really good idea as well.
Pros: We didn't like anything. We booked the ticket in advance, and they didn't inform us about the time change (plane departed 2 hours earlier than the mentioned time in the ticket). On top of that, the staffs were rude and blamed us for missing flight. After a lengthy discussion, they booked for the next flight. For the next flight (1 am), we waited for the wheelchair after getting the ticket to get to the TSA clearance area before boarding the aircraft. After 2 hours wait, one of the airport staff asked to walk to the security area (several senior passengers had difficulty walking) because it was too close to the boarding time, and no one came with the wheelchair. Very disappointing experience with Air India!
Cons: Everything from the basic! The staff surely needs a prompt training in customer service and teach them how to communicate courteously with customers. Need more training to handle issues similar to what we faced, learn how to escalate to their supervisors rather than standing and smiling, and saying that "we cannot do anything at this time." Teach them how to offer free upgrades in this situation, even for the next flight or future flights.
Cons: The food can be better. There was no proper message regarding delay.
Cons: The plane was not cleaned appropriately. The staff did not arrive to open the plane when we arrived in Mumbai
Pros: If parents are traveling alone, then it is okay
Cons: No Entertainment, TV was not working
The online check in wasn’t working and so the only seats available were the worst. I was told by staff that the website is often not working so you have to keep trying over and over. This is very time consuming and inconvenient. I was directed to the general boarding queue despite having a business class ticket. Food service was only after takeoff then there were no snacks available for about eight hours. Some of the televisions were not working. There was a drip from the air conditioner in the adjacent seat. Cabin crew did not respond to calls sometimes. The seat was uneven when reclining.
Pros: The chairs was comfortable and crew was nice
Cons: Again food option all the time is spicy.
Pros: Yes service was nice and after telling about food allergy for spicy food she offered me some other snacks which wasn't spicy.
Cons: To have more options about food in a sense for those who has allergy for spicy food.
Pros: Crew was courteous, seat not so comfortable
Pros: Flight was able to reach on time inspite of late start
Cons: Food, service, entertainment system in flight were in despicable shape Staff not courteous at all
Pros: The flight was quick and short after take-off.
Cons: The flight was delayed by 1.5 hours because they waited for some passengers from a connected flight which was delayed. We just sat there in the aircraft after boarding. Food was poor and though this was a morning flight, there was no coffee/tea.
Cons: The delay in departure and sitting in the aircraft with no air conditioning was very uncomfortable.
Cons: Better quality of food
Cons: Flight attendants that do cater your needs
Pros: Nothing. I will never fly Air India again.
Cons: The food was terrible and I got food poisoning. When I collected my luggage at the baggage terminal, someone in charge of food or luggage had spilled curry sauce ALL OVER my suitcase - I had to throw it away. Many of the in-flight screens didn’t work, and the stewardesses were lazy and inattentive.
Cons: The food and in flight entertainment needs improvement.
Cons: The remote was not working to use the TV at seat number 43E. We asked the crew staff to check but he never came back.
Another thing is Baggage. It has been almost 45 minutes now but our luggage is not on the belt as well as a lot of other passengers.
Pros: Food was good
Cons: Terrible communication about what terminal and gate to go to!
Pros: Every thing SoSo
No proper signs where to go
No courtesy of staff
Cons: Cortese staff more helpful in answering to customer I had less weight in checked baggage requested agent if I could check in my small had bag which would have made it 27 kg total ( 2 kg more than allowed wt of checked baggage ) but no carry on Was spoken to very rude with agent
Cons: Seats are not comfortable
Air India bases the majority of its international operations out of its primary hub in Delhi. Flights are common throughout Asia and the Middle East, while services are also available to Europe, North America and Australia. The scheduled network spans across more than 30 countries and the United States is one of the most prevalent with 5 separate destinations. As a member of Star Alliance, Air India partners with carriers, such as Turkish Airlines, Air China, United Airlines and Lufthansa, to offer customers efficient transfer times and greater departure options. Airbus and Boeing are the preferred manufactures of aircraft for the fleet. Boeing planes, such as the 787 Dreamliner, are preferred for long-distance international flights, while narrow-body Airbus airliners like the A320neo are chosen for shorter routes within Asia. A rising sun with a red background is emblazoned on the aircrafts tails, while some of the fleet have Star Alliance livery.
