Air France is top tier
Air France simply the best
Rude and late
My flight got delayed as soon as we landed , were stuck in the airplane for more than 1 hour and a half And i missed my connection because of this And had to stay in paris for 12 hours to get a flight
The plane looks very old, not comfy, bad feeling as entering the plate. not a great experience
late departure, flight was good, but our luggage did not make to next connecting flight
It was cold on the flight.
Good trip. The vegetarian food was awful.
Poor service, cramped and bad food
After running from terminal 2g to the bus that took me to terminal 2 f, I ran through the terminal (which has below standard signage) to get to my gate just in time to get on the plane!
We were delayed boarding because they thought they detected a problem with the front tire but after inspection, we finally were allowed to get on the plane. This created a significant reduction in my connection time at CDG. The flight crew from Valencia to CDG, were kind and reassuring about my options if I missed my connection.
Transfer at AMS was horrible to say the lease. A 10 mins delay by flight, there now absolutely no coordination by ground staff when your next flight is on the other side of the airport. A common practice at decent airports such as SIN and HKG would be to have an airline crew wait outside airbridge for short transfer passengers to help them get through immigration and security fast for the connecting flight.. we were all (many many others in the same situation) left to our own device and stood in line for immigration that had 4 counters open at peak hours and immigration officers chatting to their mates while processing passengers. Ran to our gate (15 mins) with no support and barely made it. Horrible AMS experience . Ground staff were rude and unhelpful
Flight was with the newer of KLM aircraft (787) hence much better configuration and comfortable in business class. Food was good for European airline standards and service was friendly, attentive and efficient. However my friend sitting on the other side of the aisle had a crew member that didn’t really want to be there. He was disappointed but my lady was really good. Boarding at DXB was chaotic and terminal 1 is always a nightmare
Great overall
Great experience overall Wheelchair service for the needy passengers need to be improved
My flight was delayed but the trip was fine.
The entertainment was nonexistent, no food, not very comfortable
The bathrooms were not very clean and the water would accumulate in the sink
Very friendly staff in particular at checkin counter, kids-friendly, family-friendly, parents happy
Everything good except comfort of seat.
Pd for biz class, close to front, ran out of better options, didn't make sense. Cod is not on my list of something I would eat. Had problems with crew not requiring people on both sides of us at windows to close them so harder to sleep. Contacted CS, they wouldn't help in any way. Won't use them again, other choices.
We’ve been border but waited 3 hours before pushback due to technical issues. Good can be improved, especially the hot meal.
The space for economy was reasonable. The flight was delayed 2 hours, changed gates 3 times, the food was mediocre, the entertainment was outdated, the worst part of the flight was the service by the crew , total lack of hospitality, bad manners, lack of care.
Boarding was slow. Zones 3,4and 5 are grouped together. If you are used to boarding by group number, it feels like a free for all.
Was not able to pay for checked luggage online. Even 24 hours before flying. More expensive at the airport.
Customs at CDG airport was soooo slow we nearly missed our connection with maybe 3 minutes to spare.
Customs at CDG airport was sooooo slow that we nearly missed our connection with maybe 3 minutes to spare.
For long flights, 2 full meals should be served.
a
Stefan stewart was excellent, helping with my food & drink needs, thank you.
On board Air France flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x35x25cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Air France assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
