Flight delayed. Hence, I arrived very late at hotel.
Once the boarding sign went on and all passengers gathered in line, we were left waiting standing up for almost an hour because there was a delay.
It would be nice to have vegan options for meals. The entertainment was not working on the the way to Austria. It was only available near the end of flight to Canada. The service was excellent.
Flight was delayed by approx 1 hour. The boarding process and the flight itself were very good, slightly tight squeeze for my legs but overall happy.
The business class layout on this plane is tightly packed and atrocious with no sense of privacy.
Flight was meant to leave at 8:30pm but there was a 2 hour delay 😞
Airmalta does not include meals in their flights and neither offers entertainment.
Pros: The crew was amazing and took measures to make the flight Covid safe
Cons: The food was not the best and Twistees weren't available. Also the seats felt narrow
Pros: I didn’t like anything
Cons: The female FA gave me an attitude when I asked about moving to a window seat
Cons: Primind bagajele
Pros: Nice crew.
Pros: From checkin to luggage collection - the flight was easy and without hassle. We left slightly later than scheduled but arrived slightly earlier than scheduled. Staff from check in to those onboard we polite and professional. The aircraft was clean, bright and appeared in good order.
Cons: Luggage collection took a little while longer than I would have expected - only a minor point, nothing to change airlines for.
Pros: All was good
Pros: Prompt boarding
Cons: No complementary drink or snack
Cons: Both times into Rome we had to wait on the tarmac for stairs. Either get more stairs or book fewer flights. The planes get hot in July while you wait endlessly on stairs.
Pros: Bad seats, too small
Cons: 3 hours late taking off
Cons: The flight itself was absolutely fine but we are very unhappy with the what lastminute.com did regarding our tickets. (As you will see when you look at the notes for our case). We shall be seeking legal assistance upon the return from our holiday & contacting you/lastminute.com for compensation.
Pros: fabulous flight and crew
Cons: Perfect take off perfect landing so smooth nothing more can be better - Thank you!
Cons: Check in was a mess. I paid for a seat but was given a seat at the back. Fortunately, I had the print out and insisted to Ck it.
Pros: Pleasant crew. Clean plane.
Cons: Leaving on time (we were an hour late because of a discrepancy between number of passengers checked and number on board.) Would be nice to have at least a complimentary bottle of water.
Pros: Crew were ok. But flight was delayed and cabin was very warm.
Cons: If airline informs of delays, cooler cabins
Malta to Vienna
Pros: Boarding process was smooth and the flight was on time.
Cons: LONG lines to check bags at the Malta airport. Limited leg room on the plane. Checking bags is expensive.
Pros: It was only an hour and a half from Rome
Cons: It wasn’t clear that my fare did not have free check in luggage. Check in luggage was very expensive! It’s going to cost me double what I paid my flight just to check in one piece of luggage in both directions.
Pros: On time , comfortable seats , nice staff
Be prepared to pay 2x the cost of your flight for baggage!
Pros: Fare itself is very reasonable for distance.
Cons: Baggage fees are ridiculous! I paid double the cost of the actual flight for my checked bag. Have never had this happen in 25 years of travel. Is Air Malta becoming Ryan Air?? Staff couldn’t seem to get food service down. Constant running up and down aisle trying to sort out and sandwiches. Trying to nap on aisle seat with constant shouting was impossible. Seatbelt sign also sounds alarm constantly.
Cons: Flight delayed by 45 mins
Pros: It was a cheap budget flight which gets you from A to B with no frills !
Cons: The check in was sooo long both at Southend & Catania very disorganised & no consistency I got charged twice for one large suit case with 5 people travelling in our party the person on the next check in desk didn't get charged at all !!!
Pros: The smooth take off and landing. Excellent piloting
Lack of knformation
Pros: The lounge and the staff were wxcellent
Cons: Lack of information about reason for initial two-hour delay
