Regular operator with low cost service

Pros: I was amazed with leg room for all regular economy seats, I'm tall guy and constantly have problem with leg room but here I was pretty suprised.

Cons: Free you get small bag of pretzels and glass of water.. Everything else you have to pay. Same as in low cost companies but with ticket price of regular one.

Alitalia operated code share flight

Cons: No entertainment equipment, video or audio.

Bad service

Pros: My isle seat

Cons: Studardess were very unpleasant,2 times they passed my row,had to take out garbage by myself. Same movies were played on both flights (I had round trip)

Cons: Paid the ticket and check in luggage at Opodo but was informed at the counter that luggage has not been paid for. Denied checking in luggage despite having a printout saying it has been paid for. “The luggage is not in our system” was the only response.

Overcrowded bagage

Pros: Comfortable seats

Cons: Crew attitude , allowing oversized baggage in the craft, no food service though it's not LCC.

Flight was delayed 4 hours and I miss a connection

Pros: Air Serbia did the best they could to keep passengers comfortable and send all of us to hotel during the day w food and comfortable accommodation
