The employees at the check-in counter said my disabled wife and I were going to be separated even though we picked seating together when we bought our tickets. They told us my wife would be seated in row 2 and I would be in row 8, because we bought our tickets from a third party. Fortunately the flight crew said: "No, you two need to be together, we'll fix this." Then they seated us together. We are 75 years old and flying is a challenge for us, so we appreciate all the help we can get. Your flight crew was awesome with us, and with the children on our flight as well. Thank You Allegent Air Lines! 🙂
I did not go on my trip. I requested a refund and still have not received it.
Plane had mechanic problem that was never explained. Had to bring a plane from another airport. Six hour delay. No apology for the delay. Not even an acknowledgment.
I went to lower my tray table and it was very nasty. Looks like some one had left some food on it and then just closed it up.
Had to cancel flight as it was delayed by 12 hours
You canceled my vacation. Why are you sending this to me? It is tone deaf and counterproductive to your purpose.
My only real issue was that when I booked this flight through Kayak, I somehow booked via BudgetAir.com (though I was on your website.) Due to this, I was unable to access boarding passes coming or going via the Kayak app, or the Allegient app. Luckily I was able to print them prior to leaving home (and the resort printed them for on the way back), but using this site is definitely something I'll have to consider for my trip. I should have been able to access boarding passes electronically via the app regardless.
Pros: The direct flight is amazing. The status updates were great. The crew was super friendly.
Cons: Not much, it was great. No more masks for vaccinated people would be awesome.
Pros: Nothing everything was smooth
Cons: Nothin g
Pros: Direct flight
Cons: Online check in, we’re charged for everything, EVERYTHING. For that I’ll take a connection next time
Pros: Amazing flight crew.
Cons: NA, all was well.
Pros: Nothing. Worst flight I’ve ever taken.
Cons: We were on the tarmac for 3.5 hours with little communication or apology. The seats were very uncomfortable. Terrible turbulence. Not even a complimentary soda for all of this. I will never fly Allegiant ever again.
Pros: No seat not comfortable.
Cons: No legroom.
Pros: The flight from CVG to LAS pretty quick
Cons: Allegiance staff at Check-in staff are very rude AMD full of themselves, instead of explaining they expect every traveler know policies of allegiant, there are no boarding pass scanners and to print for you they want $5 if not they force to download their app so that you can get the boarding pass that can be read by TSA scanners ridiculous!!
Pros: Crew was great!
Cons: Boarding was excruciatingly slow.
Pros: Frustrated with one of the crew members because I was told my bag was too big. This is ridiculous because it was the same one I got on with and the plane was about half full.
Cons: Him not worrying about my bag.
Pros: All around terrible Airline. Canceled our flight at the last minute, all the while telling us they had it under control and were going to fly. Made us sleep in the airport all night, re check in, bags and all at 4 AM, without any compensation at all. Don't fly this Airline.
Cons: All around terrible Airline. Canceled our flight at the last minute, all the while telling us they had it under control and were going to fly. Made us sleep in the airport all night, re check in, bags and all at 4 AM, without any compensation at all. Don't fly this Airline.
Pros: Everything (except the minimal seats)
Cons: Cushioned seats
Cons: They left on time with 46 pax and took over a 2 hour delay. Then my bag did not show up.
Pros: Excellent leg room in standard seating. On-time with quick and efficient boarding process.
Cons: Communication with the customers
Pros: Easy boarding
Cons: Half the flight didn't wear masks, crew didn't bother to enforce.
Cons: Website is still slow to update trip delays, not a problem today though!
Pros: Crew was very nice and very competent.
Cons: I'm trying to wrap my head around the # of flights that are delayed or cancelled, when I fly on Allegiant. Perhaps, I have just had bad luck. The flight was delayed a total of 5 times for a total delay of about 4 hours. The original scheduled flight was for 6:35 pm and we didn't actually leave the ground until almost 10:30. We kept getting pushed back. I am not certain if it was due to weather (in another area) or required flight crew rest, both of which I would understand. There was no reason posted that I saw. I have a 10 yo son who has Autism and should be in bed no later than 10 pm, preferably 9 pm. I appreciate all that Allegiant does for the military, and therefore, will continue to fly on your airline. I will NOT, however, take any more evening flights as most of the ones I've flown on have either been delayed or altogether cancelled. Again, I truly appreciate your recognition of retired and active duty military. 8/10 is a B and can be improved upon with more clarevoyance and keeping on-time flights.
Pros: Flight crew was very helpful .
Cons: The crews at the airports are extremely rude and impatient.
Pros: The crew was super nice and helpful. They made an effort to answer any questions the passengers had. They made the flight home very enjoyable. I plan to fly with Allegiant again.
Cons: Seemed understaffed at the airport, never anyone around to answer questions about why our plane wasn't even there until 20 minutes after we were supposed to have boarded. They finally showed up, but didn't mention that we'd be delayed (which I eventually found out thanks to a KAYAK alert). Kept telling us the flight would be 62 minutes, but it ended up taking forever. Probably not Allegiant's fault, but they acted like they wanted to hide the fact, rather than own up to it and apologize for the inconvenience as if they valued all of us as passengers.
Cons: For the price it was a very good flying experience
Cons: I don't think any sanitization took place in between the people who rushed off the plane and when my flight boarded.
Cons: They charged $3 for water, nothing complementary.
On board Allegiant Air flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 56x35x23cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Allegiant Air assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
