The crew was fantastic!
The seats are small and hard. There are zero frills whatsoever. Everything you can think of costs extra. Beyond that we were surprised at how uneventful and easy the flight was. We only spent 3 hours on the plane (Boston to Florida), if it were more than that I might look elsewhere for a bit more comfort...
Long check in line. Only one person working the counter. Love the nonstop flight.
No frills airline. Aircraft are clean and staff friendly.
Everything was actually very good except for the fact that they delayed the flight 3 times for a total of 4 hours when the flight was supposed to be at 8:30pm. So that made for an extremely late landing (2.5 hour flight), and if we had the wrong rental car company, we would have missed our rental checkout time.
Pro- The flight was on time Con- seats were uncomfortable, person sitting next to me took up 1/4 of my seat. If the arm rest was more substantial it would divide the seats more equally. At Rockford Airport baggage took too long to come in
The boarding was ridiculous. They were off on the number of infants on the plane and it delayed us by an hour. It was really frustrating and they only updated us as the very end.
3 1/2 delay do to no pilot
Flight was very good, no problem
It was a creaky plane that felt unstable.
Seems like the seats and comfort gets smaller.
Not a flashy airline but they got the job Done.
With everyone flying out of Mesa nearly all at the same time, it’s shocking that you all can get everyone on board on time. Your staff there does a great deal with very little. To a person, the rest of your staff, as we were boarding and on board were excellent, friendly, helpful.
Had an issue being able to sit with my wife. Wasn’t pleased with how that was resolved. Overall the flight was good. Thought the flight was very smooth
They don’t, as a policy, check bags to final destination. It’s not an option. I’d rather walk than fly with these clowns.
Worst airline experience of my life. Do not recommend. News flash: allegiant has never heard of connecting flights. You’re dumb enough to take two allegiant flights on the same day? Well, buddy, get off the plane, race to baggage claim, wait forever, haul your bags to the ticket counter, pay another baggage fee, then get your sweaty butt back in that security line and figure out what to do about the flight you missed. Because allegiant does not check your bags to your destination. It’s their policy. No joke. If you catch a connecting flight, your bags will not. That’s just the allegiant way!
Flight itself was ok - just a low fare airline that charges for everything from printing a boarding pass to selecting seats on the plane. At the end of the day, I don't think we saved much over Southwest and there was a lot more stress worrying about the weight of the bags - we were over anyway at a cost of $50 (3 pounds over).
Tried to check in on line and I could not do it. Because I had minor kids with me. We were separated in our seats. I had to pay airport prices for my bag going back to Rockford I was not a very happy camper.
All went as planned.
The crew was great. seats were small. Plane was late both going and coming. Waited both times upon arrival to get to a gate. Not too bad on arrival to Flint. Worse at Punta Gorda. No entertainment on board, but didn’t expect any. The flight itself once we got in the air was good.
30 min to get luggage at SRQ! This not what we are paying for.
Inexpensive way to get to Florida for a weekend. No frills, but as advertised.
I like that I'm by my self on the row ( seat) And I wish the plane has internet and charging station.
This flight not too much to like. .5lbs and they were gonna charge us $50. No one on the flight had a personality. Literally they all just stood there with a frown on their face. My 3 year old who is always cheerful spoke to all the ladies and they all just said hi in a somber tone. Very disappointing. Got charged for two drinks when paying with my Allegiant Mastercard. Should have gotten one free. Just a disappointing flight experience.
Very delayed
I think regular soda and water should be covered. Also the leg room isnt good. But it would not matter if the seat was adjustable.
Everything went splendidly
All ok. Just departure by 45 min. Also one hr delay on original trip.
Over an hour wait to get my checked bag.—Can’t they do better than that?
Really no leg room or space between the rows.
On board Allegiant Air flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 56x35x23cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Allegiant Air assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
