Pros:Not much. Car was okay.Cons:Didn't get the car I requested. Received a big gas guzzling SUV instead. Gas tank was only about 3/4 full. Returned the car with a full tank and was expecting some type of credit. Attendant Mike T. laughed and said no, but thanks for filling up the car! Writing letter to AVIS.
