You arrive late 1 hour and the car is gone even if you already paid for 10 days. Forget about calling them, not friendly and waste of time. Also Kayak is no help and has no s I support. Save yourself hassle and head to known rental offices in person and get the car that fits your need.
I had to drop off my rental early in the morning and they want me to pay extra money for early drop off. Technically I already paid the fees but they want to pay it again. I showed them my transactions and I paid kayak the fees and they let me go. My rental period was about 2 months but they pushed me hard to take their insurance and pay it. I refused because my credit card covers car rental insurance. Their car is not mechanically maintained, the next day I had to take it to mechanic to change oil and brakes.
The worst experience I never had in my live with ADDCAR rental. 1- They set up an appointment in the parking lot and waited 30 minutes and then I asked people around to show me their location. 2- Actually they have no office, their office is a car in another parking lot. 3- When I sorted out all paperwork with the agent, I had to wait 1 hour and half so they can bring me the car. 4- The car I rented was a Skoda Octavia Station Wagon, and he said they don't have this type of car, they forced me to take what they have available, which was a Dacia car (a vey low cost car in Morocco) 5- Besides the arrogance and the discourtesy of the agent was unbearable. I recommend not renting a car with ADDCAR RENTAL.
Nothing. Addcar usses the booth of a car as office. Hard to find. It is better to take a taxi. Did not have fuel in car, it was empty. Yet we turned it after tank because we changed our mind about going long distance, driving a car with check engine and some other lights on. Car was notcleaned. After the insurance we bought online, we still have to buy another insurance with them. They refused to change principal driver to my husband because I booked the car. They wanted t o charge 25 euros to add him as additional driver.
Went around the airport for an hour looking for the rental agency. Couldn’t find it after talking to information desk, security, parking attendants, other rent a car agencies. No one knew where it was. Still waiting for a reply about the refund. Ended up renting from Hertz on the spot.
Very small rental company, run by a single guy from the back of his car in the CMN airport parking lot. Rental company contact information leads to his cellphone, not a professional call center. Pickup instructions were very confusing, not at the general car rental location. Had to call repeatedly for 45 minutes until my call was answered to sort out pickup location. Car received was smaller than I reserved, and had no fuel at pick up, light was on. Nickel and dimed me at drop off for cleaning the car - yes, it was a bit muddy on the outside, but nothing out of the ordinary. Cheap rental, but you get what you pay for.
