Pros:
Not friendly or helpful. They charged for mileage. Gave us a POS 4 year old car with 53k miles on it, that i had to get the oil changed in because it kept going into Limp mode. Tires needed replacing.Cons:
They charged double over my copy. No call back from manager to resolve.Hertz
