The customer service at the rental place could of been a lot better. Having a truck available would of definitely been a plus. Not being frowned upon fir using a third party agency to book what should of been my rental. Having the truck I reserved or anything to accommodate the size of the vehicle I rented. The vehicle was not cleaned inside or out. It had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke inside. The staff was not helpful at all and said that no other vehicle was available. I should have canceled and requested a refund!!Cons:
The paperwork clearly stated the vehicle was a no smoking vehicle AND that there is a $400 cleaning fee! I'd like to know if these clowns charged that to the previous renters!4.0 Mediocre

It was a surprise that on top of the payment I owed $80 in taxes. This negated the benefit of this transaction vs other reservations. Then, my flight arrived at 9PM. Hertz was closed. I could not get a rental car for one night as none were available so I had to Uber for $60 more. So not reserving here next time.10.0 Wonderful
