The car i rented was running on some old tires. Two front tires wire was coming off. I had to go to the tire shop to switch out the tire, put my trip on hold. I was suppouse to go skii that day but i couldnt. Very dissapointed.Reviewed 25 Apr 2024

Did not get rental, when I got there they claimed they couldn’t access my rental. After waiting a hour started the process but claimed I could not use my debit card. Checked policies and it stated I could use my debit card. Walked out and cancelled rentalReviewed 23 Apr 2024

Pickup at SAN was a nightmare. Dollar gave me online checkin and it still took about 57 minutes to get my car and exit the rental area. They were understaffed, ignorant of the process, and inefficient.Reviewed 21 Apr 2024

I received a phone call 2 hours before my reservation advising me that there would not be a car available. The person on the phone said they were expecting a truck in 4 hours but didn’t want to promise anything. Also said I should call back later when she was off. I called at 5:45pm to get an update. Was left on hold for 21 minutes and then hung up on. I drove over there and saw at least 10 cars in the C slots. Once I got to the counter, there was no one there and they said “it was first come first served” When I pointed out that I WAS FIRST - my reservation was an hour earlier and no one else was there, all of a sudden there was a car available.Reviewed 21 Apr 2024
