Business class was perfect
Everything worked out real well. Crew was fantastic. Have more help at Tel Aviv counters, ticket check in
Ben Gurion Airport was very slow; we were queued for more than 2.5 hours just to get to the counter agent to check in and drop off baggage. Consequently, we were in a panic while waiting for security clearance, and then ended up RUNNING to the boarding gate. Literally managed to get on the plane with 2 minutes to spare before the official gate closing time- needless stress!! While the flight was comfortable with good seats, pillows and blankets, as well as well prepared and substantive meals, the experience upon arrival at Toronto Pearson Airport was a disaster. El Al uses Terminal 3, which I haven't used in probably 10 years. This is a terribly overcrowded and overwhelmed terminal, designed for 2 million annual passengers that now has to attempt to handle 15 million I was told by an airport employee while waiting for nearly 2 hours to clear Canada Customs. Will NEVER use this Terminal 3 again- a horrible experience.
All services and communication with passengers
Very long check in process Needing more staff
Crew was friendly and offered did and beverage shortly after takeoff
Only way to fly to Tel Aviv is nonstop on the Dreamliner.
Cheaper flight Very high prices
The pre flight service was incompetent unknowledgeable regarding COVID 19 Canadian laws . As well the level of communication was very poor while the language used by ElAl personnel was inadequate and offensive. All in all was a bad experience for all the members of my family and therefore I will do whatever it takes to make public my bad experience on all media platforms Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, official El Al website and other.
Everything is excellent!!!
the check in was quite poor. i did not know what line was for elal and what was for air portugal. a big mess. very annoying. also very frustrating was that the airplane left one hour late because a prior flight was late. but they must have known that in advance and should have alerted us to come an hour later. where was the consideration for our time?
Plenty of leg room on the new el al planes. It’s a miracle.
Pros: Crew abs entertainment were good.
Cons: The flight was delayed for 10 hours. We were notified when we were already at the airport, no real reason for the delay was given to us.
Pros: Crew was awesome food was delicious and very comfortable
Cons: The options for movies could be a little bit better internet didn’t work
Pros: price. on time. new aircraft.
Cons: food
Cons: They didn't issue me a ticket and i stuck in Heathrow airport. Worst of the worst
Pros: The crew was amazing
Cons: JFK baggage claim long delay
Pros: Premium economy was very comfortable
Cons: The staff at check in was terrible and unhelpful. And the entertainment turned off about 3 hours into the flight. (10+ hour flight )
Cons: No issues-very clean cabin and bathrooms. Professional team!
Cons: The woman who checked me in at the start of my journey from TLV on 2/17/20 provided exceptional customer service. She was very professional and customer service excelled beyond measure. Thank you. My return flight on 3/23/20 was enjoyable and pleasant. Bathrooms on plane very well maintained. I will definitely fly El Al in the future!
Pros: ש
Cons: The back of the plane was very hot.
Cons: a little more leg room
Pros: Very helpful crew. Cabin felt brand new. Good food for economy.
Cons: Seat was difficult to get comfortable in. Seatback was broken. USB plug in seatback was broken. Double-prong headphone jack made using my noise cancelling ones a challenge.
Pros: The plain... excellent, new and flight friendly
Cons: The comfort
Cons: More organized boarding. Better service in flight. The flight attendants didn’t come around accept for meals. No water offered and no snacks in the galley as other airlines offer.
Pros: Amazing and loveable crew, on time and very safe
Pros: I was upgraded to economy plus at no charge As there were empty seats

Boeing is the preferred manufacturer, with their aircraft making up the entire fleet. Models such as the 787-9 and 737-800 are some of the most commonly flown. A simple blue and white design decorates the fleet with the Star of David painted on the tail. A unique 787 Dreamliner has an old-fashioned retro livery, while all planes are named after Israeli cities, which is printed underneath the cockpit window.
