737 max was great. Good hospitality from the crew.
I wish they update the last minute change on the gate situation and notify passengers
Smooth flight and landing
Service,smooth flight and smooth landing
Always air is an issue on ET. Not comfortable: hot while we wait and no water offered
Continue to be warm with lack of opportunity for air . No vegetarian option and food lacks salad and is always startch heavy:couscous, rice, bread and crackers. Something fresh will be good, when an apple. Thanks
No internet and wi fi . Also I noticed people sleeping when serve food. When they weak up no food avelable. The kids do laude and you can not sleeping.
My layer-over was too long 22 hour .
Lost luggage it’s been more thank a week no one is helping. They put my luggage on the wrong flight. My luggage is in New York and I live in Detroit. I’ve been calling daily they promise the airport will get back to me but nothing so far. No one’s picking up the phone in New York. They’re not answering the phone either.
The flight was delayed, which is ok. But there was nothing offered, not even water and as we sat in the plane for another hour to get to Addis nothing was offered and the bathrooms were locked. When they finally cleanup allowed me to use the restroom it stank, there was no toilet seat covers, no toilet paper and it C was generally dirty even though the cleaning crew was on the plane and left. Very tiring and no service
Kayak did a fantastic job with all the pieces of information relayed each time. A must-have app every travelers need to have around. Kevin
Their layovers are very short so any flight delays means you will have to run to your next gate after going through multiple security checks.
Everything was very good starting by the boarding, the crew and everything inside the plane. Returning ton FIH(Kinshasa), there was no screen behind the seats. However, everything was pleasant . Kayak have the right precision, an app to recommand! Thanks KAYAK!
Entertainment is non existent on the new 737 Max800
Food could be better and there was no entertainment on the 737 Max 800 for a 4.5 hour flight, surely this can be sorted

I will continue traveling and proposing to my friends and family to fly with Ethiopian Airlines. It is simply excellent!
Not enough genres to choose music. I kind remember if i saw gospel songs. Movies are kinda old.
Flight was comfortable Thanks
Ethopian airways keep the good work Thanks
The entertainment system ran ads the entire flight and here was no way to turn it off.
I checked in online but I have to wait on queue at the airport again. Abuja airport should be digitalized.
Boarding gate confusion, just asked for cup of water inside the floght and the crew answer was shocking ...
I had an excellent experience with Ethiopian Airlines.
I had an excellent experience with Ethiopian Airlines.
Agent was friendly and helpful
Fine for a short flight
Everything was satisfactory, but the plane is in the older side and the food and entertainment options were mediocre
A bit cramped - the flight was 45 mins early which is usually welcome but not what you want when it leaves at 23:45 Addis time and arrives at 04:15 Rome time (5h30) instead of 5:05. Nothing to be done if you're travelling from Addis to Rome but if you're connecting as part of a longer journey, you may want to consider another option with an overnight long enough so you can sleep.
There is a decent selection of in flight entertainment but it freezes sometimes. Hold down the "power" and "home" buttons at the bottom of your screen to reset your console.
On board Ethiopian Air flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x40x23cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Ethiopian Air assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
