Would appreciate if they gave you an actual meal…a hot pocket is not a meal. And offer complimentary snacks.
Crew and staff was friendly. Flight took off late because airline let people bring in too many carry on items and they tried to overstuff overhead bins. Where’s the overhead bin police when you need them???
Delays, confusion due to 2 similar flight numbers at same gate. Didn't call all groups to board.
We were surprised and appreciative when they served tasty meals, We did have two flights change unexpectedly, but it had minimal impact on our trip.
I love the crew interaction with us. A very short flight - super pleasant. Good space for legs. looking forward to flying again
Bought tickets 2 1/2 months before flight and could not chose seats. Tried to check in 24 hours prior but got "error, see gate agent". Tried again and showed only one passenger had a seat assignment, other passenger had to see a gate agent for seat assignment. Went to assigned gate and agent said he is not assigned to my flight, wait for next flight's agents. While waiting, I walked around and saw a customer service kiosk. Customer Service Agent, Yoko was very attentive and helpful. She said we had seats assigned to us. Seats were in the last row next to flight attendants. Apparently on flight attendant was not working, flying "dead head". The two flight attendants were talking, and reminiscing throughout the whole flight. Every Hawaiian Airlines worker, except to Yoko, could have been more helpful, thoughtful, and more attentive to senior citizens.
Every thing was good except for the seat selection. Bought 2 tickets 2 1/2 months before flight and could not chose a seat. Tried to check in 24 hours prior and got "error'. Found out only 1 traveler had a seat assignment. Other traveler had to see a gate agent, so, I figured we were not going to sit together. When I talked to a gate agent, they said this was not their assigned flight. Had to wait for next flights gate agents. While waiting for the gate agent, I walked around and saw a customer service kiosk. Someone could have pointed me in that direction. The sales pitch for thier Hawaiian Airlines credit card went on way to long. Repeated the same thing several times (for what seemed like 5-10 minutes), and interrupted the entertainment system too. Just offer the card and benefits and stop there!
upgraded my seat 100$$ apiece so 200 bucks had a child kicking my chair for 4 hours snd the strraming video kept going out . fligjt there was great 👍

Food was a bag of chips and chicken cheese sandwich. pretty bland meal. Flight was smooth and without incident . Seemed to be shorter that previous flights home from islands. Great staff and I had a good book so that was opportune for me to get some reading done. Pilot kept us informed of progress throughout and flight tracking on the app was alot of fun. Always enjoy flying Hawaiian Airlines, See you next year. Mahalo

It was perfect flight I like it
The flight was maybe a little more than half full. We boarded quickly and left on time. Everything went smoothly. Drinks were offered. No food or entertainment, as expected for a 45 minute flight.
Check in counter in Vegas opened only 1-1/2 hours before flite The long line therefore was TIRESOME and UNCOMFORTABLE The people who sssist in the defective machines are not so helpful. They can be more polite.
a flight crew by name Alani or elenna she was very rude she talks down to me with no courtesy, she tried to make me buy an empty seat, thinking i aint got the money to buy the seat, after i bought the seat for $109 she came back saying i "still need your ticket or i going to cancel your payment", i told her did the payment went tru, she said "yes but i still need your ticket #", i was fine you win cancel it and ill go back to my assigned seat, when I ask for her name she said it loudly infront of my face, she is kinda ugly old lady but the sad part is shes way uglier on the inside no more Hawaiian airlines for life
Out of all the Airlines in my lifetime from buying tickets on Kayak other travel Website, ive had up to a day layover with other Airlines but atleast the Crew of other Airlines were Very nice, not Hawaiian Airlines very rude and unprofessional this was the first and last time i ever going to go with Hawaiian airline,
