Waited half hour to de-plane.
No AC working on this plane. We spent 2 hour sitting on a still plane at 80* F with no answers. This has been the worst flight experience I’ve ever had.
Plane was 2 hrs late. They notified us by app but said still get there in time for original takeoff. It had not even left for its 2 hr flight down to us so how could it get to us in time? Thanks to flight aware I can see where planes are. After an hour of slow boarding. Announcement “maintenance issue”. We waited in our seats at the gate an hour for someone to tape (literally!) the fuselage door shut, the spring broke. Ugh!!
3 hours late taking off. No text or app notification until 9 mins past security. What has happened to JetBlue??? Boarding with them so painfully slow also, took an hour!
Screen on my seat kept on and off like a disco strobe, even when system was rebooted. So entertainment was non existent for me. I did let the crew know but they weren’t able to do anything about it. Other than that everything was fine.
Crew - horrible management from Boarding to in flight service as well. Crew asked to board by Group A, then B,….that is front of plane and it took forever to have everyone seated. We were in line for quite long time 10-15 mins. Boarding should be from back of plane in small planes to make it easier for everyone to be seated. Once we were in the plane the staff threw our bags down without realizing there were enough space in overhead bins. The air pressure was so low they it was very uncomfortable, felt sick. Terrible terrible MCO to EWR trip. I am very disappointed from JetBlue.
Flight was delayed, boarding process took an extra hour, screaming kids on the plane the ENTIRE flight while kicking my seat deplaning also took forever
A 3 hours delay!!!!!!!
A joy to fly on JetBlue
The waiting was too long
Pilot called out therefore our flight was delayed at 8 hours!!!
Seats were comfortable and crew was lovely. Bathrooms were clean. Wi-Fi was spotty at best. If you’re not going to have it, don’t offer it.
I was able to sleep throughout the whole flight
There seem to have been a lot of chaos with the workers in the LAX terminal.…
Layover arrival was late. They didn't wait for us. Then no slots avaliable for 2 days. Lost 2 days of vaca.
Flight left gate 8 minutes ahead of schedule and arrived 30 minutes early! What could be better than that! Crew was excellent too.
That the first time I fly with jet blue and it was great and satisfied
everything was excellent
WiFi didn’t work Jetway wasn’t working so we were delayed getting off the plane.
Flight was ontime...crew was very professional
On time and perfect
One of the best flights I've had! Thank you!
Delayed Delayed 4 hours on flight up and delayed 2 hours on return
Plane was filthy…crew disinterested…Jet Blue is losing it…
Workers were attentive. What could have been better is possibly making sure that our carryon was above our head compartment to alleviate the entrance/exit of how long it takes to come on/off board.
The flight was delayed 3.5 hours, almost 4 hours
Food has to be beter
My Dad missed the connection flight from Doha to Chennai due to delays from the ground staff (wheel chair assistance) and tho the next flight wasn't until the following day (24hrs later), Qatar didn't provide any hotel accommodation and made him sleep in the airport. Such a terrible experience and customer service. Never again Qatar for me, if they can't take care of eldery travelers with medical conditions.
The return flight was good! We boarded in a civilized, standard fashion. The crew was terrific. Helpful, very pleasant and were available to assist folks when needed.
At 6:30 in the morning, the flight was very load, as a result of the two crew members who was sitting inform of me. They were load and had no regards for the passengers.
