The boarding a bit late but overall no drama. Will fly with jetstar again someday for sure.
seat legroom was quite narrow, so i could feel the person’s knees behind me.
Honestly, I Wouldn’t fly Jetstar if I had a choice.
Paid top dollar, and outrageous add ons to get squeezed into an uncomfortable seat with the least leg room possible. Probably best to avoid air travel whenever possible, maybe forever.
They lost my luggage. Doesn't exactly make the experience great.
Leg room is just too short and food costs and is not good quality. But the big issue was they said that my luggage would be transferred to the next flight, so no need for me to exit customs, get a visa and reboard. However that didn't happen and my luggage is still, 2 days later, in Denpasar. So whilst the flight went on time and was fairly average, I think that the cost vs quality is not good enough.
The crew is extremely cordial. The boarding and deplaning process is swift. The plane though…oh the plane needs to be cleaned. It was sooo disgustingly dirty inside. I can literally see the oily face imprints of the previous passengers on the window.
There was a 3 hour delay.
Lugagge got left behind and didn’t arrive to KL. Missing or delay lugagge, yet no feedback or update
The particular aircraft on the day seemed a bit old, tired, and could have been cleaner. I wasn't given the meal I had asked for - I got the fish, instead of the beef that I had asked for.
Cons: Nothing really
Pros: Excellent value
Cons: Less adders to the base fare
Cons: Less adders to the advertised price
Pros: Crew is efficient as always.
Cons: The crew was very gentle.
Pros: Crew are very helpful
Cons: Seats were very thin. Could feel all movement from the person behind me on my back and bottom!
Pros: very affordable fares
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I don't remember being asked to purchase baggage fees. I don't remember how much baggage was allowed. All of our bags were weighed together, even though we had small backpacks and should have been considered as personal item. We ended up paying more than $100 for baggage fees! Also, even water is for purchase. I don't think it was even put in fine print. Entertainment is non existent.
Pros: Comfortable leather seat, helpful and polite flight attendances. On time.
Cons: Group-based boarding will be better and more efficient.
Pros: Very disappointed with overall experience. Booked on Kayak, received confirmation but then when I got to the counter to checkin my booking was cancelled and Kayak wouldnt do anything about it. Referred me to airline and basically "not their problem"
Cons: Kayak could have assisted with problems.
Pros: Boarding was great
Cons: The seats are really small and tight and the headrest was broken Also, my entertainment screen didn’t work
Cons: comfort, food
Pros: Inside of the cabin was fairly new and kept clean. Friendly staff.
Cons: Jetstar has the most uncomfortable seats. The seats are curved forward forcing you to sit like hunchback. I could barely stand seating like this for 2.5 hours. I can’t imagine being on the longer flight with them.
Pros: - Plane boarded early so there was no real rush of everyone boarding at once - departure and arrival time were met, no issues - checkin was an absolute breeze, simple and painless experience
Cons: - In flight purchases are really expensive - Plane was fairly dirty, like grimy and needing a deep clean. - seat cushion was uncomfortable
Pros: Seats were comfortable. Boarding process was easy.
Cons: Wish they offered drinks, or food for purchase something. Wasn’t offered anything at all.
Pros: I like nothing about your customer care service
Cons: Provide efficient customer based service to ensure customers can contact you when they need to make changes to their reservation.
Pros: Arrived safely
Cons: No free drinks. Seats were not too comfortable.
Pros: Very fast and efficient from start to finish.
Cons: Nothing
Cons: Both flights this trip were delayed more than an hour with no explanation
