The airplane was too small to fly 6 hours
Overall very good experience, clean and spacious flights. Travelled between NY-IND and overall enjoyed. I wish better vegetarian food variety and snacks.
The staff were excellent and the flight was very comfortable. Only wish that there were more English movies to choose from during the long flight to the US!
Enough leg space too travel for long periods. Food wasn’t too bad. Wish they provided more snacks as many ppl got hungry before lunch was served and the snacks ran out.
No good food options. The baggage at Chennai airport came at the end after all the economy bags were sent out instead of priority bags (business class) being sent out first. Had to wait over an hour for my bags to come. In general a poor experience with this airline.
The crew was amazing and helpful. This was my first flight with Kuwait Airlines since 1998, they exceeded my expectations, Definitely fly with them again.
Nice trip back home
flight delay for more than 3 hours !!!!
Check in was really bad, kuwait airways luggage allowance should be better, especially for infants, and hand luggage! Infants have a lot of luggage, diapers, extra clothes, formula... etc, and all they allow is 1 infant bag of 10 kg! Ridiculous!
What could have been better is the internet connection, because it didn't work.
The crew was attentive and kind. The business class cabin wasn’t very full during the flight so the service was catered to your specific needs.
