Cons:
Booked a car for £50, including taxes/fees, but after arriving (and waiting for almost an hour while the one attendant dealt with another customer’s reservation) we were told it was actually £190 due to additional insurance and various other fees. Cancelled on the spot and left!7.6 Good

We booked on Kayak at a price and when we arrived, the insurance that was purchased on the website was no good and the car price had changed. Very unprofessional the relationship between the booking website and the car company9.6 Wonderful
