I made a reservation with Payless and was confirmed. I flew all the way to Curacao and we were excited to go sightseeing...until we went to get the car and they said they were all out. We spent thousands of dollars on a vacation and we were stuck in the hotel and walking around the area near it. How could this happen? Payless screwed us over, not good. I have called customer service but no one will respond or talk about why/how this happened.Reviewed 6 Apr 2024
