This company is a joke. Only one suitcase arrived on time and I had to go fetch the other 4 days later at my own expenses . I wrote to customer service to complaint and ask for a refund for emergency items that I bought and no one ever answered. Avoid.
Was great
Was great
They lost my suitcase and when it was finally returned to me, it was beaten up and I won’t be able to use it again.
Fix the seats and a place to changer devices
Seats are not comfortable and no entertainment, no USB port to charge and seats are dirty
Tea Communicate to costumers about informations (Delay and changes)
Old airplane , pure maintenance and no entertainment for a 6 hours flight !
The flight was good.
Everything was great
Nothing. You lied. I was told I have cabin luggage I had to pay for each transfer I made. You cancelled my flight and I had to pay again to rebook a different date. Worse company I ever used ever. Shoe cheap rates then cancel flight so I can pay more and lie about luggage. Even the airport control said kiwi and kayak are the worse companies to book with and to pursue a refund. As apparently I'm not the only one
Flight was almost 2 hours delayed.
Perfect flight on Time
See the review for the previous flight.
Royal Air Morac couldn’t check us in for the connecting flight and provide boarding passes, so they didn’t let us onto the flight. We spent 5 hours at the airport waiting for them to give us a new flight, and the problem was they communicate only via email so it took them over half of a working day. They insisted that we had to check out bags in and we we left without anything to their than a purse to spend the night in Morocco. The WORST experience I’ve had flying. The WORST company I’ve flown with. The WORST staff handing things. Never again.
Didn’t apply my Pre TSA they don’t do that. The aircraft was dirty and the seats looked aged
It was good for its price
It was good for its price. 👍🏻
Perfect
This was my first time flying RAM and it was okay. The food wasn't the greatest 😕. You basically choke onyour food by the time they servethe drinks. The crew on my first flight was helpful, however the crew on the connect flight, were rude. One was yelling at the older women in front of me because of the turbulence and she was standing. BUT Only because she had to wait for the 2 passengers, in her row, to accommodate into their seats. He was rude. Overall, it wasn't the greatest experience at all. Thank you!. And please hire crew members that actually smile and want to help passengers!
The checking was great, but after that forget about it. The boarding, they took us in shuttles without AC and it was very crowded. The light was bed, the crew very unorganized and the plane wasn’t clean.
The boarding was delayed and we sat in plane for another hour after boarding. I was late for connecting flight and had to rebook connecting flight 6 hours later and ended coming to my destination 6 hours late
Cabins were not clean and not well maintained. Food was low quality and staff is not well trained. The flight was almost 2 hours late. We had a connecting flight and it was stressful to try and make it. All in all is a very bad experience
We had two flights including a connecting flight. Both were very late and it was stressful to make it to the connecting flight. The cabins were not clean and not maintained. The food was low quality. The staff is not well trained, trying to be helpful but ending doing the opposite. We also didn’t get our luggage and there is no system to track it. All in all it was (and still is) a very bad experience.
Excellent airline
Crew was calm, boarding time were kept, departure ties were promp. Pilots were great at take off and landing. My only suggestion is the interior of the aircraft from JFK to Casablanca to on 7/26/22 needs upgrading. The return aircraft from Casablanca to JFK was super. Finally the food was very good and more than enough.
It was legit the worst flight of my life. A whole family with 3 kids was sat behind me, the baby cried until we landed, the other kids wouldn't stop kicking my seat. The parents didn't seem to care at all. But that's not all. The crew was rude, i asked one of the attendants if i could take one of the empty seats in the back because i couldn't sleep like that and he told they were broken so i couldn't. Then after a while i saw a man sleeping on those seats (using 3 of the seats in fact) so i mentioned this to the same attendant. He said it was the passenger decision (?). But when i tried to do the same earlier, he said i couldn't do that. I never had the option to choose a vegetarian meal. So i couldn't eat half the food they gave us. The usb chsrgers didn't work at all. None of them so my phone died. Two women started fighting verbally, i couldn't understand what they were saying because of the language but im pretty sure they were insulting eachother. The flight attendants were all males for some reason. Oh and when i went to the back and kindly asked for some water (i even took my bottle with me) the attendant gave me a big bottle of water and said pour it yourself. Maybe it's something about this culture (muslims) but they were all so rude and disrespectful. I will never in my life flight again with this airline or buy a flight with a layover in morocco or any muslim country. Im not racist, this is just what i went through.
Amazing flight service
It was completely better
I liked the fact that they have a classic selection of movies which kept me entertained all the trip
