were on time, but boarding rules are strange. do not serve their purpose
Seating Is very compressed
Flight re-booked via BA 2 hours later!
Terrible movie selection, seats are too small for such a long flight (unlike the flight TO copenhague), food was insufficient
Everything about SAS flight were great! My complaint is that Kayak and Chatdeal never informed me that my original flight had been canceled and I had a new (much earlier) flight departure. I found out 24hours before.
all luggage is lost
Food was great and generous. It was healthy,, too. I did not like the seats as they were not very comfortable but then most airplane seats ate not. Boarding was not efficient, either.
The check in crew, gate crew and flight crews were to a person, excellent. Professional yet welcoming, disciplined yet agile. I’m truly impressed with what I imagine to be unique training and expectations, and of course, Culture. I very much like SAS.
It was cancelled
Kayak/Chatdeal sold me ticket for non existing flight, blamed Sas for cancelation. Didn’t receive any cancelation text or emails from kayak/chatdeal or Sas. Had to rebook my flight and flight 3 days later. Very disappointed. No compensation for mess up. Chatdeal customer service was rude and unprofessional,
The best night flight I’ve been on
Very good
Just Wonderful
It was a wonderful experience, I really appreciate the services and team work, thank you 🤗
Be clear on Carry on and personal luggage!
Fantastic food! lovely crew. I only wish the video map showing the plane's progress had had more options and detail.
It was a great flight and great crew.
Passport control at Kastrup was unacceptable. The booths were not staffed for 45 minutes creating quite a backlog. Not an SAS issue, I know but it colored my overall experience
Horribly cramped
Screaming kids is the worst thing on a plane. Parents with small kids should have their own section!!!
Food was not tasty. One glass of wine should be free
Efficiency of the crew. The planes are small and outdated.
Never got on the plane due delays of five minutes. They couldn’t care less. Never had such a travel from hell experience!
The plane was delayed so we missed our connecting flight.
Seats don’t recline. No complimentary foods, but complementary coffee and tea.
Better seats could make the journey comfortable. Service by staff was above average.
Amazing crew
The service, food, and extra details were amazing, thank you!
The service, food, and extra details were amazing, thank you!
The service, food, and comfort in the economy plus section was wonderful. Thanks for all of the extra details to ensure an enjoyable experience.
