The staff was helpful and friendly enough...pick up took a while but drop off was quick and easy (few customers probably due to coronavirus).Cons:
If there were more prominent statements when we made the reservation online about MANDATORY liability insurance from CR government... and there would be a $950 damage deposit put on my credit card...this despite having purchased insurance covering any damage to vehicle when I made the reservation.8.0 Very Good

They could have given me the car I booked months in advance, or at the very least have had the courtesy to not charge my credit card after not giving me a vehicle.National
