Everyone here was incredibly helpful and friendly. I'd like to thank, specifically, Darryl Nguyen for taking great care of us and finding us a car last minute. He was extremely friendly...uncommon for rental places. The gentleman that took care of us upon return and the shuttle driver were also incredibly friendly.
Terrible. I booked a car, paid and had a confirmation number. I took an uber to the airport to pick up the car and the employee said there weren’t any cars available and wouldn’t be any. I then took an uber back into town and called Hertz 1-800 number to make sure I was refunded the money I paid. I was refunded but now I have to call or email another person to have the collision coverage I paid refunded. If you can help me get my money back for that charge it would be very much appreciated.

Terrible. Was unable to pick up car under l reservation bc I used a virtual Credit card and couldn’t present that same card physically. Hertz would not allow me to update the payment source on my reservation so I was forced to cancel and rebook as a walk up. Terrible.
