Seaborne did not fly and did not help make alterna
Cons: Our 10 AM flight never took off due to mechanical problems. Some passengers were notified the day before, others, including me, were not. The next available flight on Seaborne might occur 2 days later. The airport agent said she had no internet connection with Seaborne headquarters in Puerto Rico, so could not help with scheduling or paying for an alternate flight or reimbursing us for the canceled flight. Dealing with other airlines by phone and a hotel by internet (our connection in the airport was fine), we bought tickets for flights on other airlines and reserved a hotel. We flew out on Winair at 8 PM.
