No complaints! The plane took off on-time, service was great, and flight crew was awesome.
The flight delayed 2 hours, we lost the other one in Madrid.
Nice flights comfy seats.
Very good airline with kind and attentive crew
Better movies , better food
We paid business class and the plane did not have good seats or any entertainment for a 6 hour flight
Better entertainment
For a cross Atlantic flight I would have expected boarding via finger rather than going up and down stairs and taking busses. The food was dry and not good at all. But overall the flight was fairly decent.
Avoid flying TAP!
Flight was delayed and we missed our connecting flight. TAP customer service and app are atrocious. Worst flying experience I’ve ever had.
Very friendly crew. The food quality needs a lot of improvement. There was a time when I could brag to my friends and acquaintances about how good the food was on TAP transatlantic flights. Not so anymore!
A 10 euro voucher is definitely no substitute for an unexpectedly closed business lounge in Lisbon. It looks like a mockery. Had to sleep on the floor. The stewardess on the flight Lisbon - Toronto kept me awake the whole flight with her instructions. There were no such problems on other flights.
Travelling as a lone parent with a young baby was made pleasurable by the care and attention shown by the TAP crew.
Service atención
2 hours late
We loaded the flight. Then sat there for over 2 hours. Finally told mechanical problem and plane was unfit to fly. Off loaded into a crammed bus again. Herded to a different gate. Waited for over 3 hours for rebooking. No organization in crowd control. First they said premium passengers first. Didn't happen. Informed that our luggage was on number 9 in baggage. Got there. No luggage. Finally found out that it was retagged for your next day flight. So no clothes or cosmetics for over night in hotel. Had to pay our own taxi to hotel. Ofcourse taxi line very long after being on our feet for hours. I will never again fly TAP.
Both at departure from Milan to Lisbon (2hs and 30mins) and back from Lisbon to Milan (almost 1h), the flights were delayed and no sort of complementary water or drink or anything else was provided by the company.
Everything was ok except staff
Everything was comfortable
Seems like the seats in business class were narrower than other airlines making sleeping less comfortable
Atraso no voo
Everything was perfect… plane, personnel, services. Definitely a 10 star trip
A very disappointing business class trip from DC to Lisbon. Old plane, narrow rock hard seats, 45 minute delay in take off that brought us to 12:15AM, no particular greeting by attendants, no pretake off water or anything. No toiletries. No good. TP234. In contrast Lisbon to Funchal all one would expect. Terrific plane, business seat 1000x better than previous. Service and food excellent. Ground staff helpful in getting me to connection in spite of late arrival. Creative marketing and great graphics make TAP Portugal very appealing. They need to check their basics - flight was bad.
The crew were exceptionally nice
They skipped me and my husband when passing for the service. I was waiting and they serve the row in front of us and close to us and kept going
Very small upright seats...
We were put on waiting lists. We booked from May. How come???!!!
We booked our flight on May and yet coming back from Lisbon to YYZ, there weren’t assigned seats. We were on waiting list. It was a bummer!😒
Same as the other.
