Delayed boarding, deboarding by bus - time to choose another airline.
Left 1/2 hour late and had to deboard on a bus. I will choose another airline from now on.
Both flight schedules were changed by the airline after booking the flights. 215pm departure brought forward to 1045pm and 110pm (return) departure moved to 530pm. Caused great inconvenience and not even a discount voucher from the airline! Disappointing.
Checkin counter process was very inefficient.
Not enough leg room for tall travelers.
The flight left on time and arrived early.
They cancelled my flight and never notified me. I needed to pay another airline for a ticket so I could catch my next flight. Which was 3x the price!!!!
If you need to check luggage, make sure you buy the allowance upfront via their official website. Otherwise a bag will cost you more than the airfare.
Middle seat after specifically asked for isle many times. There was a lot of room left. Passenger next to me complaining that she couldn’t sleep because I bumped into her. I’m a 6.5 guy what the hell am I going to do there?
The flight boarding was very early and the flight arrived ahead of schedule.
Very bad experience all around
No food or entertainment on this one hour flight. Crew were very nice as always!
Great flight between Bangkok, and Phuket.
Service before boarding, boarding staff made me buy another return ticket as my Evisa was processing, when I landed my visa was already delivered as I new it would be, wasted money because this arrogant self important b wanted to show her authority
Cons: Least leg room of any flight I've ever taken.
Cons: Not much leg room. Make sure they seat your party members together at check-in.
Pros: Great service, on schedule. The only flight to CNX. I am so happy they got me to CNX.
Pros: Had trouble with Vietjet charging me additional money for a flight change that didn’t go through on their website. Tried to explain it to them at the airport and they didn’t understand. Tried contacting them on their website and still didn’t understand how to fix it.
Cons: Better policies and a website that works when changing/booking flights
Cons: The fees for checked baggage were not clear and they did not state them at all and trying to purchase a checked baggage was impossible to do and frustrating. I had to pay $55 for two bags for an hour flight.
Pros: Very little leg room
Cons: No drinks are offered
Cons: Check in was frustrating, to say the least. We had to go upstairs to pay an excess baggage fee, instead of where we checked in. Despite being first in line we had to go to the end of the line because we were in the wrong line. They decided to tell us after the other line formed, not at the time.
Cons: I believe water should be offered for free, but this airline believes otherwise. I was so dehydrated on this flight and I was told it was 60bahts for water, and I ran out of currency, and they did not even take credit cards.
Cons: 3 hour delay, missed all other flights home
Pros: We left 20 minutes before the regular departure time - Chiang Rai international airport is very convenience
Cons: the air crew staff were very picky
