|Top route||Antalya to Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen|
TA should enforce carry-on restrictions - MANY passengers brought significantly oversized bags, causing delays and difficulty finding space in overhead bins. IST is very inefficient with security checks. We went through THREE security checks and had our passports checked SIX times before finally being able to board. There is also a significant lack of vendors offering food, newspapers, and such in the gate sections. One of our worst airport experiences in 40 years of air travel. TA does serve very good food, so thanks for that. Comfort-wise, padding in seats needs to be improved, as does leg room. If you are six feet tall or more, you will be aching after 5 or 6 hours, let alone 11.5 hours.
The cabin was extremely hot. Pressed the assistance button and waited for more than 30 mins for one of the crew members showed up. Told him about the cabin temperature said he’ll check and lower it. 30 minutes later called saw him and asked if he lowered it. He said he’ll check again. Until we arrived to our final destination the temperature never got lowered. One of the passengers passed out during the flight. Pretty sure it was due to the heat. The leather seats didn’t help at all
No additional recommendation
Despite requesting for vegetarian meal, we were told in the flight that they don’t have vegetarian meal for us. We were not provided any meal because of that
Efficient and great quality
Seats are crowded and no room area for legs at all.
Everything was excellent
I liked the comfort and the gifts. The service needs to be improved. Overall, everything is good, and I would use Turkish Airlines again, but it depends on the price, of course.
Delhi airport is worst
The crew was nice . But the food was okay. Also, Turkish airlines from Istanbul to Delhi has a good food options. But Delhi airport was horrible
Plane left late missed connection had to stay at a hotel . Scheduled for wheelchair assist at purchase of ticket and did not Have available between flights had towalk to find help
Check-in and flight very easy. All staff / personnel polite, efficient, friendly. Clean and safe plane. Good price
Food could have been better. No wheel chair arrangements by ground staff. Had to walk a long distance to boarding gate
Food could have been better.
Airplanes was very cold foot rest was in the way
No entertainment although TV screens on during flight.
Deplaning was very slow and haphazard.
They allow passengers to sleep for couple of hours before starting food service. I think that is very thoughtful. Good seat comfort, pitch. Good IFE.
The plane was not too confortable
lost my luggage, i was told my luggage was checked through to my final destination but apparently i needed to pick umit up at my first port of entry into the US and re-check it as a result, i didn’t have medicine i needed, and luggage was lost
Everything was good and more than expected
The food was pretty tastey. The service and boarding needs improvement.
Flight was smooth and uneventful.
