Pros: Everything about the 787. Very comfortable and pleasant
Cons: Again, United is not enforcing its own COVID restrictions. That’s gotta stop
Pros: Very timely flight
Cons: United is not enforcing COVID rules
Pros: Comfortable seat
Cons: There wasn’t much for social distancing. Was kind of disappointed.
Pros: The crew was nice
Cons: Leave the middle seats open
Cons: Many other travelers were not wearing their masks and the flight was completely packed.
Cons: Plane was full!
Pros: Easy boarding process and the flight was almost 30 minutes early
Cons: the wifi kept kicking me off while I was watching their in flight entertainment
Pros: The service of the air hostess.
Cons: Definitely more space is better.
Pros: Flight smooth. Not too crowded.
Cons: Flight delayed.
Pros: Crew was fun. Didn't get to finish movie because no wifi from den to mtj
Pros: Amaizing crew, the food was awesome above all it was served hot, I liked that.
Cons: I have no complain, I enjoyed flying with them and will do so next time
Cons: The temperature on the flight was super warm. I was uncomfortable. I was told that with Layover I would receive my check in bag for Hotel stay. the attendant took a discription of my luggage for other united employees to tell me it would take 3 hours to retrieve my luggage. They didn’t even try to look for it or help me. Then what’s the point of taking my discription down? Now I have to stay at a hotel with nothing on me. So ridiculous and rude.
Cons: Multiple people on flight not wearing masks
Pros: One of the nicest flight attendants I’ve ever seen in my life and I travel a lot.
Cons: Being issued a seat not next to other families when there were empty rows and one seaters available.
Pros: Food was great
Pros: The crew was pretty nice
Cons: My toddler wasn’t issued a ticket like he should have been so it ended up taking me a long time to check in. I had to sit next to another passenger with a toddler on my lap. Multiple rows had 3 passengers.
Cons: No bad, easy
Cons: Updated plane with new seat providing better leg room. Good inflight entertainment
Pros: The boarding process was good. Departed on time and arrived on time.
Cons: No social distancing of passengers on the plane yet there are empty rows of seats.
Pros: The middle seat was vacant which is good.
Cons: At the moment I feel that every establishment that’s out serving people are doing the best they can in this covid situation.
Pros: Everything was cool, smooth flight
Pros: That they had TV in flight
Cons: Super small and crowded flight, no safe distance whatsoever. A particular older flight attendant was cranky.
Cons: @ last minute My flights changed from Ind-Dev-Spokane to Ind-SFC-Spokane.
We were offered free WiFi on flight but it wasn’t true.
Pros: The crew was nice
Cons: It was over crowded, the person in front of me spilt their entire coffee on my bag and with everyone wearing masks no one can hear you. He didn’t apologize and it was a mess. When I went to get my luggage they just tossed it and then entire bag opened up. My luggage was not over stuffed nor was it even close to the weight limit. Everything flew out of the bag when it came down the carousel. There was also no option to upgrade or even pay for a first class ticket- looks like I’ll go back to flying American.
Pros: Boarding and deplaning was organized and efficient.
Cons: The flight was completely full, including every middle seat. It did NOT feel safe to have a completely full flight during COVID. Some passengers kept on taking off their masks to talk to each other, completely defeating the purpose of the mask. I will not fly United again during COVID.
Cons: Smelled like pee for half time we were up and announcer was very annoying , she sounded like she is about to pass out , short of breath like she needs an ambulance.
Statement about wearing masks was just too much... we get it - we wear masks.
Pros: Friendly helpful flight crew
Cons: Entertainment wasn’t working well at all
Pros: Stuartess provides free first class items like blankets and drinks.
Cons: Social distancing was not practiced by using nearly 50 middle class seats left empty while the entire rear of the plane was jam packed in economy seating.
Cons: Higher Priced seating was left empty and people were not spaced properly in the cheap seats in the back despite the extra room on board at takeoff.
Cons: It would have been nice to have all the immigration forms necessary and a pen to fill them out. If you aren’t going to provide those please notify passengers in advance.
Pros: Crew was very friendly
Cons: Turbulence, but other than that it was quick
Pros: United Airlines is putting customers and employees at risk. It is an insane and absurd as it is disgraceful. During boarding you will see painted arrows on the ground urging you to be "6 feet apart" from fellow travellers. You will then enter a the plane and be 6 inches apart as the plane will be FULL. Fly Delta where they block off middle seats and social distance. United CEO Scott Kirby does not care about customers or employees. The absurdity of the juxtaposition between the "6 feet" signs in the boarding area and the COMPLETE ABSENCE of distancing on board tells you everything you need to know about United.
Cons: Practice social distancing on the plane. There's a pandemic. This is the NUMBER ONE thing you should be doing to assure safety of passengers and crew.
Cons: Seats were uncomfortable
Pros: Great value
Cons: The seats weren't very comfortable, but I could make due.
Pros: One passenger was removed from the plane after 3 times he was warned about removing his mask before takeoff.
Due to Covid19, United was boarding by row, from the rear to the front.
Cons: When I made the original bookings, United was not allowing the middle site of the row to be used. Unfortunately, the plane was almost packed. 8 seats in the rear were empty.
Cons: When I made the initial booking/seating, United was not allowing the middle seat within the row. Needless to say, the plane was packed. Not one empty seat. Disappointing!
Cons: Stewardess was mean when I asked for a mask
Pros: I liked my seat
Cons: There was a stewardess that was very mean and not accommodating when I asked for a mask
Pros: I love how the crew was so nice
Cons: I personally don’t like flying so I was nervous when there was sudden turns
Pros: The crew was really good, made sure our needs were met.
Cons: The seats were quite crammed.
Pros: The crew were very nice and the seats were comfy.
Cons: I would have liked a snack instead of just a beverage alone.
Pros: We like the boarding according to row n., which limits the contact with other people.
Cons: The plane was full, which means no physical distancing was possible.
Pros: The crew was friendly and helpful.
Cons: We were told at the gate that we would be able to purchase food on the plane, but it wasn’t the case.
Cons: Social distancing enforcement and education
Cons: The service in Newark airport
Pros: Crew was kind and thorough but gate agent was rude to me and others. Very snippy and acted as if I was bothering her when I asked a question.
Cons: My seat was broken. Bottom was completely collapsed. 12B So hot and stuffy as well.
Cons: Nothing. Great shirt flight
Cons: Well organized operation, conscious of the risk and hazards passengers and crew members are exposed to when traveling.
Cons: Poor customer service
Pros: Good flight, but pretty jammed in.
Cons: Coach seats were definitely not comfortable
Pros: Very friendly and helpful crew!
Cons: Beverage and food was not available on a few of my flights. And neither was in seat entertainment.
Cons: More leg room in economy
Pros: Boarding and disembarking were very smooth and the crew was very nice.
Cons: United needs stricter rules about boarding and de-boarding during Covid. They lag behind other airlines. De-boarding especially needs to be controlled. Very disappointed. Also, after row 21 there are no screens and you have to use your own device. Then provide outlets! Jeeze that's ridiculous. You need to have plugs if you have to use your own device during the flight!
Cons: ANYTHING more than what’s being done in economy would be good.
Cons: A computer problem caused us to sit on the tarmac for 3 hours. Good times.
Cons: We had to change flight to West Palm as there was an engine problem. We had to turnaround from the runway. How plane wasn’t inspected since it arrived in Newark yesterday?
Cons: Way too crowded on the plane
