Boarding experience and United crew were superior as usual. LGA is so much easier to get into/out of now. DEN is busy, but efficient. Mark your luggage…for baggage claim. Lots of similar looking items. I had a bulkhead seat on the plane…I would not advise for those over 6 ft. Can’t stretch legs. Otherwise, such flights are what make travel fun. Thank you…✌🏽💗🙏🏽
Everything was great... and I know some folks aren't gonna always agree but our flight was on time. The staff was courteous and professional. There weren't any screaming babies! The seat next to me was empty!! For a 10 hour flight who could ask for anything more?!?!
I liked the flight was on time. What could be better: - the media controls! Keeping them as it is now on armrest is a poor design. Passenger can't put an elbow on it! either volume goes up and down or channel change unexpectedly or brightness goes out. - media buttons are dim. Can't see what on them in dark. - the WiFi, not just internal network, but internet. Too complicated to get on a gadget. Definitely could have been better.
Great movie options, incredibly helpful staff at airport check in and very pleasant on board crew.
Seats crammed in tight. Prefer American for legroom and not so many upcharges.
Too much waiting and no food in the plain My flight was delayed like 5 times .
The very basic of food or drinks. There is room for improvement.
There were no snacks offered.
No Problems
I problems. Nice plane and good crew
Pilot was very good. Boarding process was brutal!!! Looked like a new system where these “saloon style” doors open after scanning your ticket. The process was slow!! And if a passenger scanned their ticket before the doors had closed from the previous person, it goofed up the system and they had to clear it on the computer at the counter before proceeding. Poor design, bad concept!! The employees were getting frustrated and then were a bit edgy with the passengers.
Frustrating with the number and size of carryon luggage. I feel like the airlines have let this get out of control.
The flight was 100 percent full. I have never seen that.
I purchased miles for a round trip from Cincinnati to Berlin in BUSINESS CLASS. I was seated in economy class from Cincinnati to Washington Dulles. And the same will happen when I fly on my return from Newark to Cincinnati. When I asked why I was seated in "the lowest" economy class, I was told I could upgrade to a higher economy class if I pay extra. I flew business class on Lufthansa from Frankfurt to Berlin on the same itinerary. Why do I have to pay extra when I purchased a business class ticket already? I have flown many times on American Airlines, purchasing miles. I never ever had this problem. with them.
Helping find alternative flights when one is canceled or late. This was the worst travel experience I ever had in my life.
Flight from the Toronto to nwa landing was really brutal it was really rough. The price of tickets I paid for it wasn't best the service.
Melissa, our flight attendant was fantastic…..Could not have been any better. She made the last leg of our long transit very enjoyable.
Nice, surprise celebration of my new Million Miler status on this flight. Gate crew were really nice and I appreciated their celebration. This continued with the flight crew once on board. Really nice!! Thank you!!!
Plane was impeccably clean! Food was great and crew friendly!
It is hard to say good things about any flight that has you crammed into a tight seat for 16 hrs straight! You just endure it the best that you can. It was a rough trip with a lot of turbulence but the seatbelt sign was on for much longer than needed, causing a lot of discomfort. Food was standard and the entertainment system worked well and we arrived on time. Overall an average experience.
The flight attendants were exceedingly friendly, very responsive and the food was solid. Would absolutely fly Polaris again with United.
Had a slight delay because of weather. Awesome otherwise!!
Had plenty of room on this flight...was able to get rest on this long flight.
Seating was very tight and when the seat in front of me put their chair back, they were practically in my lap. This was really the biggest issue...not enough room.
Meh. I’m over by now. It’s almost midnight and I’m still not at my place. I left at 8am
My flight being delayed from LAX to SFO which made me miss my connecting flight. Spent 10 hours laying on the floor waiting for another flight. Horrible. Won’t ride again.
Great flight crew. Kind, helpful.
The flight was delayed almost an hour. Which made the process more annoying.
United flight attendant was in a terrible mood apparently. Had a snarky attitude towards several people in front of my row.
I'm talking about this one...
