|Top route||Tijuana Rodriguez to Guadalajara Miguel Hidal|
|Top airport||Mexico City Benito Juarez|
In my opinion everything.is good, friendly staff
Flight was delayed 45-minutes.
Fresh food for sale, not everyone likes chips and coke. Seat mechanisms not working,
Flight was OK but delayed. Arriving in Guadalajara was chaotic and no directions to the appropriate band for luggage delivery was announced. Horrible experience.
Delayed for 5 hours and then when we finally did land, they kept us on the tarmac for half an hour
For a low cost airline it’s ok. Boarding was a bit chaotic. You have to pay handsomely for any food or beverage. The plane was comfortable and clean enough.
Everyone was rude. From the check- in desk to the crew, they could use all use a re-training on proper customer service. I had to beg for a wheelchair for my 71-year old father, when I was initially told it’s too late to get one.
A 3 hour delay for a 2h30min flight is unacceptable..especially when you show up to check in your luggage a little over 2 hours before the flight time and the staff at the counter tells you that you can't cause the flight is closed (what? The plane hadn't even arrived! How?)...fortunately the staff finally did check the bag but only after having to complain about how absurd this was.
Los asientos son muy pequeños, el abordaje pésimo para un avión tan grande
They don’t give me my refund comple
Volarís overbooked our flight and then made it impossible to board because they didn’t have anywhere to put us. After 2 hours in the special assistance line with 200 other screwed travelers they offered us a flight 5 days later for a small fee of 750 dollars. You think you’re saving money with this rude airline but you’re not. Extremely callous staff accustomed to screwing people who give them their money to travel.
Check in was too slow!!! We got early at the counter but sinde check in take so much time. We were just in time at the gate. Check in on web or mobile doesn’t work.. the flight goto off on time and came as scheduled.
Flight was delayed over 2 hours. Not the first time this happened with Volaris.
During check in, the staff member indicated he did not speak English and proceeded in Spanish. We were not told how to get to our gate. I would have appreciated all announcements (no matter how unimportant) to be translated into English. Custom forms were not offered in English to customers so I had to ask. There was no in flight entertainment which I knew ahead of time. It wasn’t clear customers had to purchase food or drink. Complimentary cups of water would have been nice for a 4 hour flight. Also the leg room was unbearable especially if the customer in front reclined their seat (which happened to me)
Easy on- great staff
Volaris is the worst aerolines ever, they’re stuff it’s helpless, they don’t even how to take care of clients. Will NEVER use them again!!
Check in process
The staff provides a good service. The problem is the airport and the company it’s self
Ease of boarding Would benefit from more bilingual crew members
Had to use because of last minute trip. Avoid at all cost.
It was a late flight, 9:30pm, so being delayed an hour didn’t help. The seat itself was more comfortable than the trip down, but on both flights the legroom is non-existent. I’m only 5’7” and I’m still cramped and hitting my knees on the back of the seat behind me. These airlines need to stop treating us like sardines.
Flight was delayed 3hr! They had us running around from gate to gate!
The chairs is to tide
Quick 2 hour flight. Nice overall
El personal es poco o nada amable, los asientos muy incómodos.
On board Volaris flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 57x40x33cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Volaris assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.

Pitching itself as a low-cost airline with affordable prices and streamlined amenities, Volaris has grown to become a significant member of the North American aviation industry since commencing operations in 2005. Based in Santa Fe, the carrier has additional hubs in Guadalajara, Mexico City and Tijuana.
The majority of international flights are scheduled north towards cities across the United States, while flights are also available to the Central American countries of Costa Rica, El Salvador and Guatemala. Volaris Costa Rica was established as a subsidiary of the main carrier in 2016, taking on the responsibility of more services within the Central America region.
Volaris only offers Economy seating, meaning there is no class separation between customers. Passengers are allowed to bring pets as carry-on luggage, providing that the animal and their cage weigh less than 22 lb. Vaccination records and health certificates must be presented prior to the pet being allowed to board the plane.
An exclusively Airbus fleet of aircraft is operated by the airline, with most being narrow-body planes that are suited to medium distance flights. The A320 and A321 families of aircraft are most common and can hold between 174 and 230 passengers. The colorful pixelated logo of the carrier is visible on the tail of the fleet with a black background. New planes introduced to the fleet are given a name, such as Ricardo or Stephany, which are then inscribed on the fuselage underneath the Volaris branding. Keep an eye out to see if the aircraft you are traveling on has been named.
