My flight has been cancelled and I haven’t been informed of it.
We have to wait more for cheking the luggage, not two hours before, just one hour and a half. The flight was on time
We never were able to get on the flight, I don’t believe this was kayaks fault. But the airlines in Italy posted that they were at sea terminal gate 21 which is at one end of the building we sat there for two hours and then they moved it without announcing it because the intercom did not work to a Building gate six or something like that when the text finally came through on my phone inside the airport we ran to the other gate and they already threw our luggage off the plane and it took off. There was nothing that that airline said they could do so we had to buy a new ticket from a different airline and wait at the airport for six hours . I believe that was ValuJet and the flight was good and it was fast
+ the crew was great + clean airplane - we had priority boarding and there was no call for priority boarding - we had a fast lane (received in the email the info, but not showing on the boarding card) and it was complicated to manage to use it in the MRS airport. The security line was immense and there was no sign whatsoever informing us about Fast Lane, but we found it and had to find the email confirming we had special attention offered by Kayak in the airport of Marseille, etc.
Very well organized. Load plane from front and back. Disembark from front and back also. You scan your boarding pass at gate, then get on a bus that drives you to where you board plane. The Europeans are so efficient! The US needs to learn from them!
I paid extra for my carry on but it is for “check-in” only. The only way my carry on can go with me to the cabin is to pay another extra 50 Euro under “priority boarding”. This luggage policy is confusing and basically it’s price gouging!
flight impossible to reach cause of deficiency of yours "services"
Le vol a été annulé sans aucune autre proposition respectant nos dates et nos tarifs engagés. C'est de la prise d'otage et nous allons devoir lancer une procédure si le remboursement ne se réalise pas rapidement.
Vol retardé et aucune informations
We were on time
Funny crew with a great sense of humor.
To cancel flight as I requested 7 days ago !! Instead you gave me run around saying I had to call airline - called them and they said I had to cancel with Kayak or not possible. First time booking with Kayak and last - terrible experience
Everything was a mess apart from the crew.
IT WAS CANCELLED AND THE AIRLINE DIDN'T TELL ME, AND KIWI TOLD ME 10 MINUTES AFTER IT WAS SUPOSED TO TAKE OFF. AND DIDN'T HAVE ANY FLIGHT PROVIDED BY VOLOTEA NOR KIWI, I HAD TO BUY MY OWN AGAIN
We had to wait 1h to register the luggage, then the flight was delayed and arrived 1h15 later than expected
I paid extra money at the Barcelona airport to register and get my boarding pass ! I’ve already register 2 days before but didn’t get my boarding pass by email ! Unacceptable
Use less plastic. Use biofuels. Use solar panels and electric vehicles.
We had pay 50 euros taxe bagage to aéroport and we have already pay with kayak option bagage cabine It is not normal Bad service of kayak
The seat il very hard.
Pros: Crew was great
Cons: Boarding was horrible, Santorini’s airport was horrible, the flight was delayed, no one knew what was going on, there is no organization with boarding it was a mess
Pros: Quick flight, arrived early! That part was great!
Cons: Boarding is a joke. Everyone hoards the gate and there is no organization. Recommend using boarding zones. Italians have no idea how to make lines.
Pros: That finally we arrived. 6 hours delay.
Cons: Everything. Poor management from Volotea and very poor services from SACBO.
Pros: The crew did a fanstastic job!
Cons: The seats werent the best and my seat didnt have a window.
Pros: Volotea is a you get what you pay for service. The budgetness of the company can be annoying at times. If I pay for a snack can I get some water?
Cons: Going anywhere but Catania
Cons: We did not arrive on time to the flight because our conection delayed and the airfligt company did nothing to help us.
Cons: Beware of checked baggage, the costs are astronomic (around 60 usd per bag)
Cons: Charged full fight fee, don't ask customers pay over size luggage penalty minutes before departure
On board Volotea flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x40x20cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Volotea assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
Volotea offers direct flights to 97 cities in 15 different countries. Montpellier, Nantes, and Strasbourg are the most popular cities covered by Volotea.

A Spanish airline that has headquarters in Spain, Greece, Italy, and France, Volotea is not a member of an air alliance or group, but does have connections to Vueling, as both companies were created by the same founders.
This airline flies to a variety of destinations, with almost all of them being in Europe. In addition to the many flights that can be taken to the company’s four cities that contain headquarters, customers can also go to countries like Ireland, Croatia, Austria, Portugal, and Germany.
Out of the more than 35 planes that Volotea has in its fleet, almost all of them are either Airbus or Boeing. The company uses the Airbus A319-100 the most often for its voyages, as it is generally best for short to medium-range flights and can fit up to 156 passengers. For shorter flights, the Boeing 717-200 is normally used instead, as it is smaller and can only fit up to 125 individuals.
Volotea has three travel classes for customers to choose from, which are known as Economy, Business, and First. Economy will provide you with benefits such as a free carry-on, snacks, and drinks, while Business comes with seats that are in a quiet cabin and provide additional leg space, one free checked bag, priority boarding, and an exclusive check-in desk. If you will be flying in First Class, you will also have access to the airline lounge before your flight boards, a gourmet meal, a spacious reclining seat, blankets, a pillow, and a fully-stocked toiletry kit.
