This flight is always late departing

Boarding was almost an hour late but there was no communication. Cabin crew did nothing to ensure people kept masks on and even with seat belt sign on people were wondering around the plane.

Take too much time to get cpnnection flight. Did not get enough time toget refresh even for going rest room it is not enough time. For wheelchaor person like me face too much trouble. Idont wish to go next time in emirat and fly dubai. Not sugest any senior citizon to fly with this.

Flight was cancelled. Kayak agents were not helpful at all to rebook flights. Worst experience in customer service. Kayak did not even informed me about the flight cancellation. I only came to know after reaching the airport. Horrible experience

Pros: Booked through Kiwi.com and tried to cancel the tickets. kiwi.com is the worst ever travel agency. I wouldn't use kayak going forward, will use google flights. Thanks!

Cons: The crew where stressed I guess, no smilling no proper communication, we stayed in the plane for more than 20 mins just to open the doors after complete stop because there was a delay on bringing the stairs The food was extremely cold , and the aircraft was so cold and they didn’t offer blankets or even headphonesreview from
