Extra trips were made, from hotel to this location, due to the fact that it wasn’t specified that they don’t take debit for a deposit hold, only credit. Also they only have the chip reader for the credit card, we had to make a separate trip because they don’t have tap to touch. What originally was a 9 o’clock pick up ended up to be an 11 AM pick up. They did upgrade us, but the fact of the matter is we had another rental to turn in with a different company and because these specifics of their franchise weren't posted anywhere online, it affected us negatively.Reviewed 30 Jul 2024
