Made a reservation just to have them call me while on the shuttle to them saying they didn’t have the car I requested or any car that could substitute. Get your inventory and availability portals fixed please.Reviewed 11 Oct 2023

We specifically rented a full sized passenger van to be picked up at the Denver airport sight. We called the day before to make sure they had the van (we have had previous bad experiences) & discovered the they did NOT have a full sized van for us. They had one at another location, but, since we had booked through you, they couldn’t give us the same price for it, it would be nearly double the cost. Also, since it was less than 24 hours before pick up, they wouldn’t drive it to the airport location for us. We canceled our reservation.Reviewed 28 Sep 2023

I booked on Kayak with details selected for Denver airport. However, the car that was booked was at a location 25 min from the airport so I had to cancel. This wasted a ton of time as I had to wait for another shuttle back to the airport so I could get on another shuttle to another rental company.Reviewed 15 Sep 2022
