Pros:The staff member was very helpful and friendly.Cons:The vehicle was smaller that what we ordered and it reeked of cigarette smoke. My husband had severe allergies and the smoke caused a serious reaction. It took a bottle of Fabreeze and quite a bit of work to rid the smell for the return trip to the airport. Pros:The staff in Harlingen was amazing! A cold front came in so it was cold and pouring rain and the agent there went and got the car and pulled it right up close to the building so that I would not have to get wet.
