Book Hertz car hires in Vienna

Terrible company

Cons: Hurts doesn't let you cancel car rentals unless you call them. While travelling, without an international data plan this was impossible. I have made and cancelled other car reservations by email or on the website without issue. The only reason they would make it so complicated is to make it harder for their customers to get their money back. The price was also misleading. It said at The end it was charging me $43 on my credit card, but when I paid my receipt was for over $100. I'm not sure how that can be legal. I will never rent from Hertz again.

Pros: quick service from counter staff.

Cons: The sign to drop the car is not clear at all, it's in front of Hertz which is also a walk way. Please see, comment above. If this has been clearly explained at pick-up point, will save us some time, trying to figure things out in the middle of the road.
