The drop off is a nightmare and sucks. And they didn't tell us they would be closed on a Friday bank holiday

Our car was not available and then they wanted a 500 deposit for debit cards which was NOT on the website nor any information provided before hand. Horrible experience.

Ive had the worst experience I ever had with hertz rental car . I have never had an experience such as this ever . The customer service was bad we had to wait an hour to receive a car then the hertz store only had one car which they didn’t have the inventory what we had originally what was pre-paid for so we had to pay an additionally fee. Then the young lady that worked for the company lied to us told us we can bring the car back at 5:00 and would take us back to the airport . She lied to us when we got there the store was closed and we were way out not even by an airport. I stay on the phone with Hertz for and whole hour to talk about my experience. Didn’t get a live agent . Then when it was finally time for us to go we almost missed our plan due to the gate of the rental store was locked we had to give the key and leave the car on the property at Chevy dealer with Jason. Whole experience was awful. The young lady that they had working there was so un professional. She could have giving us the right times for business hours. Which she didn't she basically misled us on everything with the rental. Not a happy customer by far. Hertz never tried to make things right either. POOR SERVICE THERE at the store Nd over the phone. They never resolved our issue.

The experience was horrible. To pick up the car I had to wait about 45 minutes because there was one clerk in about 30 people in line. The clerk was not happy. She was very rude and then the car as soon as we got in needed an oil change And didn’t come with formats. It was just not a good experience would never rent from that rental hub again.

Our experience renting from Hertz at the San Angelo Airport was excellent. Pickup and drop off were so simple. The counter agent was efficient, pleasant, and applied none of the traditional upcharge pressures commonly endured when renting a car. A+ experience!

All was good! Lines were short and moved quickly at Palm Springs and the staff was very nice and efficient.

Little bit of an issue with under front bumper marks. Feel as if video /pics did not show that and then I was questioned about it. Other that that smooth
