Car rental at Milltown (Kerry) Airport

Most car rental companies offer two policies to choose from when renting a vehicle. The first is a full-to-empty option. You'll receive the car with a full tank of gas and return it empty, the car company will then charge you for a full tank. Please note that they'll generally charge a premium fee for refuelling. Your best option is a fair fuel policy. The company supplies the car with a full tank and you return it with a full tank. Remember to refuel in the city as most gas stations closer to the airport tend to charge more.

When looking for the best possible deals, there are a few things to keep in mind. Firstly, use KAYAK as your search tool to consolidate a wide range of options from different companies and websites, and display the most affordable options for you. Consider booking with flexible dates to find which days have better deals, remember that weekends are generally less affordable than early on in the week. Lastly, book your car rental a couple of weeks in advance to get a cheaper price. The closer to the arrival date you get, the more expensive the rentals.

The absolute minimum age for renting a vehicle in Ireland is 21 years old and you must have held your licence for at least one year. Please note that if you are younger than 25, you may incur an additional surcharge for you and any additional driver under 25. Please bring your confirmation details, a valid international or local driving licence, a credit card with the same name as the booking, as well as proof of identity such as a passport or ID document.
